1. Was charged rm162 for early check in around 10.30am and I argued that I will check out early 5am next day. Room was ready and available. But it is just their policy. Avoid if you are transiting at klia and arrived on an early morning flight. Otherwise can come at 3pm.
2. Chose this hotel as i wanted to do some laundry. Washing machine is small only 7kg. Wasing took 1 hr. Drying 1 round will take 2hr 25 minutes and still not dry enough so need to repeat. So, forget this hotel if your intention is same as mine, do a bit of laundry.
3. Worst part was my room 1910 aircond was not cold and we woke up from sleep sweating. I complaint when i checked out and i hoped the front desk took it seriously to avoid misery being inflicted towards next customer. I hope the hotel management is reading this and consider compensate me for my agony.
Otherwise, it was ok. Cooking utensils were complete. Didnt use other facilities so cannot comment.

Excellent hotel, located near the airport (about 30 min). For a long stay there is a stove, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine with dryer, dishes for cooking and eating, multicooker. To klcc 30-40 minutes by taxi, depending on the traffic in the city.

The best hotel. Breakfast is delicious. lots of choice. I like it. Even though we are in Putrajaya, we still stay at the weekend² at the hotel. Take the children to relax at the hotel. The children love it. The pool is also clean.
