Our party of four 'senior citizens" enjoyed our second holiday at Carolina, seven months since the first occasion. Our booking was for two nights, we ended up spending four till the 15th of April. The service levels were just exemplary. Imagine being recognized and thanked for coming again, by all from reception to the garden staff, simply unimaginable. The restaurant service, and fare served were enjoyable at every meal, room service and hygiene were perfect. Congratulations, to a fantastic team with remarkable leadership, working together to develop a rather "tired hotel". The customer count is supporting them.

Отдыхали в Каролина Бич в феврале 2024 с семьёй. Очень красивое, душевное место. Всё очень понравилось. Дружелюбный персонал, очень вкусная кухня, шикарный бассейн. Территория зелёная, снимают кокосы с пальм прямо при тебе. Бегают бурундуки, много птиц, дети в восторге! Пляж частный, людей мало. Иногда приезжают местные на пару дней, но в основном в отеле просторно. Пляж рядом через дорогу, небольшие волны, но дети купались спокойно. Вкусные свежевыжатые соки) Мы прилетали в аэропорт Хамбантоты, это очень далеко от отеля, лучше прилетать в Коломбо. В целом, отдых уединенный, спокойный, при желании можно съездить в Чилау в магазин. Рекомендую отель для спокойного семейного отдыха и наслаждения природой и океаном)

My visit is for leasure Holidays super place to stay. Excellent hospitality. Staff are very kind and pleasure to service at any time. Mr. Vasu GM he have planned best entertainment to us. We really had good time there. Hope to visit again

The place is good and the service they provided is splendid. Food quality overall is really good (specially seafood) There was a small problem with a dish and they immediately rectified it. Can recommend for anyone to visit.

Relaxing place with comfortable rooms, food was very delicious, beach and the pools are amazing. Hotel has an asset of hardworking staff. The general manager Mr. Vasudewa Senanayake was very friendly to every guests. Location is perfect to search.

Друзья, всем привет! Когда искали место для не попсового отдыха, то после долгих поисков остановились именно на этом месте. До этого отдыхали несколько раз на юге острова (Унаватуна), поэтому приторная «руссификация» этого места заставила искать альтернативы. Купили тур от Анекса в отель Carolina Beach Hotel за неделю до вылета. 2 взр+1 реб -175т.руб. из СПб на завтраках. Отель 3 звезды, неплохие (в малом количестве) отзывы. В целом от отдыха получили контрастно-замечательные впечатления. Для 3х звезд в Азии отель оказался неожиданно качественным. Территория-5, персонал-5, гостеприимство-5, еда-4. Персонал очень приветливый, был готов всегда, во всем и везде помочь и решить любые проблемы в кратчайшие сроки. Честно, не ожидали такого сервиса в удаленном от туристических курортов месте. Особенно хотелось бы поблагодарить за постоянную поддержку персонал отеля: Ramanayaka и Saman. Кафе по близости нет, поэтому совет: брать хотя бы 2х разовое питание. Тук-тук до Чилав стоил 1200 рупий, с ресепшена прям вызывают, классный мужик!) Возит и подсказывает все, что нужно: пицца хат, рыбный рынок, супермаркеты, ближайшие достопримечательности. У него же можно купить свежие морепродукты на пляже у отеля, которые можно приготовить в ресторане отеля за оговоренную цену. Все было очень вкусно и на высшем уровне. Пляж находится прямо напротив, нужно только пересечь 2х полостную мало проезжую дорогу. Закатная сторона, пальмы-топ! Ворота на пляж открывает охранник отеля, и находится на пляже весь период вашего пребывания там. За все время на пляже в 90% случаев были только мы:) Всем, кто хочет отдохнуть от русской речи, славянских и европейских «братьев»-сюда. В отель заселялись только ланкийцы за период нашего отпуска. Отдыхом остались очень довольны. Спасибо персоналу, что сделали этот отдых таким классным!)

Персонал и администрация заведения самые что есть отзывчивые ребята, всегда готовы помочь . Еда очень вкусная, шеф повар учитывает вкусовые предпочтения клиента. Чувствуешь себя там самым желанным гостем. В комнатах убирают очень чисто, могут даже не ежедневной основе. Номера уютные и стильные. Хочу обратно туда на отдых))) 2024 год запомню надолго
