It was a great stay and got a free upgrade but the receptionist was rude at the end of the stay during check out

We had a wonderful time people very friendly was a bit upset on arrival as the room did not have hangers and toilet did not flush and this was our honeymoon and wanted everything to be perfect. they offered us a upgrade immediately but we just had the things fixed and was happy. Staff could not be more welcoming and helpful. Bell boy Copus was very kind Would recommend

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at rhis beachfront hotel! The service qas top-notch, the food was delicious, te rooms were comfortable, and the location right by the beach was perfect. We left feeling completely satisfied with our experience. Specialty thanks to front office team - Gimhan, Damith, Asiri, Basnayake and Angela.

Happy with the service and friendly staff, food is super delicious . We enjoyed a lot. Definitely we are coming back to dolphin. Than to everyone who made our holiday special - Angela who is in front office talked to us at the pool area. She is helpful. Rooms are super command hotel location is perfect.

Eine Hotelanlage, die trotz ihrer Grösse durch die Bauweise und angelegten Garten- und Teichanlagen gemütlich wirkt. Riesiger Poolbereich mit ineinander übergehende Pools. Freundliches Personal, herrliches Bandbuffet. Am Strand findet man leider angespültes Plastik, Schwimmen im Mehr aufgrund der Strömung ist nicht möglich, aber man kann ja die herrliche Aussucht auf das Meer geniessen.

Wir haben das erste Mal Urlaub im Clubhotel Dolphin gemacht. Die vielen guten Bewertungen sind gerechtfertigt. Wir haben ein sehr sauberes Hotel in allen Bereichen vorgefunden.Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.Die herzliche Art der Menschen auf Sri Lanka ist allgegenwärtig. Alle Hotelmitarbeiter machen eine guten Job. Begeistert hat uns der riesige und sehr saubere Pool. Das wir an der Westküste in der Monsunzeit nicht im Meer baden können, haben wir gewusst. Alle Mahlzeiten sind reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Auch wenn vieles für europäische Gaumen sehr scharf ist, man findet immer etwas. Beim Frühstücks Buffet hätte es etwas mehr Abwechslung bei Wust und Käse sein dürfen,aber für uns war es trotzdem in Ordnung. Die Kellner sind sehr flink beim abräumen und sehr aufmerksam bei der Getränkebestellung. Der Sri Lanka Kaffee ist nicht mit Filterkaffee bei uns vergleichbar, aber man kann ihn trinken. Insgesamt können wir über Essen und Trinken sagen: Daumen hoch!! Um etwas von der Insel kennenzulernen haben wir eine Rundreise gemacht. Wir haben mit der ortsansässigen Harald Tours eine wunderschöne Tour zu einigen Highlights unternommen. Mit gutem Gewissen können wir das weiterempfehlen. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Dippika und Baba. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Sri Lanka ist so wunderschön,da sind 16 Tage viel zu kurz.

it was a super awesome holiday at dolphin hotel. first impression gave angela from front office. she is so friendly and helpful. rooms are so clean and comfortable. we have a sea view villa. pool area is enjoyable. animation team did a good job we enjoyed doing games. food is super delicious, special thanks to chef. we had a spa treatments as well. highly recommend. restaurant staff is so friendly sanuja, darmapala and sujeewa. at the check out we met damith who is in front office. he helped for the check out and thanks to bell boy bandara. definitely we will come back soon.

Very good service , good food and good rooms and nice swimming pools and beach . Also nice food at the pool and drinks . I liked the rooms most and the service , people are very very friendly. Also reception very helpful and they always want to be sure that everything is ok . Very very good service and nice beautiful hotel with good supermarkets inside
