레지던스 스타일로 되어 있으나 조리도구 및 그릇 등은 전혀 없음. 옷 걸이도 없어서 요청해야했음. 지하 주차장이 공사 중으로 외부 주차장을 이용했으나 자리가 없어서 길에 주차해야했음.
전반적으로 청결했으나 비품이 빠저있고 청소 정리 정돈이 잘되이 있지는 않은 느낌입니다.
식사할 수 있는 음식점은 근처에 있어서 접근성은 좋음
평창이 난 개발이어서 위치등을 볼떼 호텔이라기 보다는 저가의 레지던스에 가까우나, 비품은 없음
스키시즌에 이용하는 방 정도로 생각하면 될 것 같음
