Love the location. Its kind of a maze but cute~ Staying at the hotel gives you 30% off at sauna (20000–＞14000), fitness room, lift ticket and rentals~ The room was so nice. Kitchen was good, no sauce or cooking condiments. The bedding was thinner than imagined so a little hard to get used to at the start but it was good since the floor was warm. Sometimes too warm 😅

This is a very nice and cozy hotel. Near the ski slopes. It ia very good price for one night. We regret did not book an extra 1 or 2 nights

The resort only allows check in at 3pm. There are a lot of restaurants at tower plaza and dragon plaza. Very convenient . Can take cable car to see Mt Balwangsan. Journey from Myeongdong to the resort takes about 2.5-3 hours.

The resort is large in scale and has sufficient facilities. It is convenient to enter and exit the ski resort, and there are many types of restaurants to suit the tastes of different people.

The exterior of the villa all the way to the room iis extremely run-down and in need for a repair. The room while is ok clean, furniture and toilet are very dated. Staff can speak good English and service from the staff was commendable. For one night stay is ok, but not longer than that. No housekeeping service, but they are happy to get you small clean towel if you request. Will not recommend

Hotel room is rather spacious. However, breakfast buffet should be included as part of the hotel room booking package.

The location is good for ski in and ski out.

The room is big and comfortable, our balcony is facing the ski slopes so the view is nice. Some reception is good 👍 But some reception they can't understand English which is kinda hard to tell them our needs. Overall is a wonderful resort 😀

Conveniently located near a variety of dining options Drawbacks The staff had limited English proficiency, making communication quite challenging. Upon our early arrival at around 11am, we found the reception area to be deserted. Along with other guests, we were left waiting at the counter, unsure of what to do. Finally, around 1pm, a receptionist appeared. However, rather than simply informing us that check-in was only possible after two, they made each guest wait in queue to deliver the same message. Upon returning to the reception at 2, we were informed that we had to wait an additional hour. This experience was quite unprofessional and made it challenging to enjoy other activities

Book here and then you get a discount at the actual mountain. It was comfy and clean ,had everything you needed to be self sustainable. Walking distance of everything.

Room looks new jn Dragon valley. Location near ski slopes. The room is big enough for 2 person . English communication in front desk still Abit hard.restaurant around the ski resort close too early.

Overall a good hotel if you are planning to ski at yongpyong resort as it is located right next to the ski site, overall a comfy hotel just that the heater bit strong and tend to bit stuffy, other than that, satisfy with the hotel with spacious room

Stayed in Tower Condominium. Very run down room. Shower screen door can't close fully. Toilet tap water is unclear like brushing in muddy water (my kids room water cleared). Hair dryer low power. No room slippers given. Room is spacious with dining table. U need to bring round shape plug to fit into their power point. Near to skiing grounds. Not many choices of food n retail. Food are not cheap either. If u want to check in early, pls take note charges of KRW10,000 applies for every hour checked in early. Luckily another staff, a gentleman returned me the money as we were only 1 hour away from our check-in. **TAKE NOTE: there is no "Do not disturb" button/card hanger or internal locking in the room. Luckily we used a huge luggage to blocked it. The next morning, the cleaner did not even ring the bell but just straight take her own access card trying to enter our room. We were shocked as we just woken up. She wanted to do the same to my children's room and I stopped her.

The resort a bit far from city centre and most of the staff cannot communicate in English. There are no clear instruction or English translation detail instruction when check in or printed on sight. The telephone call even no simple english for housekeeping, general line, spa, transfer, price, open hour etc. all have to ask ask ask and ask, no one can give detail explanation. This is the most frustration part. In line with the resort which is far from city centre, when I am asking the hotel manager via email on the transportation, there is no helpful and useful information can be provided neither on its web site. I totally not understand all the stuff is not user friendly for overseas customers. If this is the case, I think the hotel should write down it is only for local user. The most terrible things we happen is we buy the ticket to the top of hill for visiting Animals, we saw the bus driver (obviously totally no English or something u can easily spot this is the suttle bus) and ask if he is the one who drive us to the top. He only spoke Korean and point somewhere by his fingers in a very rudely attitude. at the same time, there is another group HK visitors who waiting there 15 minutes without any staff or instruction to tell them how to ride on suttle bus. And Of course we did not get on the bus as we are not sure where it goes. then the bus driver drove away and leaving us in the frozen -17 degree and wait for another one hour suttle bus. We later ask another staff pass by and understand this is the bus we missed. In the entire carpark, only we (5 ppl) and another family (3 ppl), I dont understand why the bus driver will drive away and leave us there for another hour. It is totally up sad us and very disappointed.
