ตอนแรกนึกว่าเป็น โรงแรมหรือรีสอรท์ แต่แท้จริงเป็นคอนโดมีเนียม แบ่งกันระหว่างผู้อาศัย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องไม่ค่อยมีอะไร แต่ห้องค่อนข้างกว้าง มีกลิ่นท่อน้ำเข้ามาในห้อง มีกลิ่นเหม็นมาก

It was clean, cheap and good. I was surprised that check-in was at 4 o'clock.

Maybe because I visited during the peak season, I was disappointed with the room amenities (there were no towels so I requested them, and the bedding was dirty), and I had a hard time getting rid of bugs in the room, and there were paper cups with cigarette butts on the balcony that seemed to have been left behind by previous visitors, so I thought they were not well managed. I won't write about the embarrassing and unpleasant experiences I had at the water park because there were too many. But my child liked it so I guess I should be satisfied. The staff must be working hard, so keep up the good work~

I visited because there was a dog-friendly room. They lent me a stroller, and the living room had a well-organized space where I could lie down in front of the TV, so it was really nice to play ball with the dog. There were dog bowls, stairs, and houses, and poop pads/bags were provided, so it was convenient. However, the cushions in the dog house were dirty, and the dog stairs were very dirty. The bathroom in the room was also dirty, and there was a lot of hair here and there in the room. When I wiped the floor with a wet tissue to pick up the hair, I was surprised that the tissue was black. It was a condo, so I didn't expect the cleanliness of a 5-star hotel, but even considering that, it was very dirty. Also, since the room didn't have a sink, you couldn't wash your own dishes, and the cutlery provided in the room was very dirty. In addition, there were many fingerprints on the glass door leading into the lobby, and on the elevator buttons, so I thought it was unclean. In these humid and sweaty seasons, and especially during vacation seasons when many people stay, I hope they regularly wipe the glass and other fingerprints. I will not be returning unless I pay more to stay in a properly cleaned room.

I found out that the resort was being remodeled, but I was assigned a room that had not been remodeled, which was a bit disappointing. However, my needs were addressed right away, so I am satisfied.

The room is so dirty and stuffy. The smell of the toilet in the hallway makes my head hurt.

The buildings located in the front are clean. However, the villa building located in the back is not well maintained regarding cleanliness. In particular, the cleanliness of the hallways and air conditioners was the worst. The staff's response was very friendly and quick. The water park did not take care of safety. Well done. I think the activity experience will be a unique and unique memory. The rooms in the villa were comfortable, but if they were better maintained, I think it would be a resort I would want to visit again.
