The hotel grounds are clean, green and well-groomed. Nice beach, sand. Clean pool. It’s cozy and comfortable to relax under the ficus trees, on a high-quality lawn.

During check out, they automatically add on 1 euro to stay, some charity program they claimed that will help poor starving kids.
Is not about the $, but I hate it when people feel entitled that we should we donating this $ with the hotel taking all the credits.
Is not a big amount as our normal restaurants meals in Cyprus, we typically tip 5-10 euros.
But the fact that they add this amount into your bill before u agreeing to it, pissed me off
Bad service, lousy quality and service attitude for a 5 star hotel
Should have just top up 100-150usd to stay in four seasons
Hotel Reception attitude is the worst!

This is a more than excellent resort, do not hesitate to book! Just on the beach front with amazing gardens , very clean pools & more than friendly service! Do not hesitate to book! Excellent location on bus services as well, great Spa & restaurant options!

Back home after another wonderful 3 weeks A/I stay in this beautiful hotel. Everything was great again, from checking in to checking out & everything In between. The hotel has a welcoming, friendly, & relaxing atmosphere, with excellent staff in all areas. The food is exceptional, & we enjoyed the drinks & entertainment in the Captain’s Bar, especially the magic show ! We are already looking forward to returning again next year.

Having read the great reviews of this hotel we went with high expectations and were not disappointed. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and made every element of our stay from the moment we arrived to the moment we left a pleasure. Special mentions to Zoe and the rest of the team at the pool bar and to Michael and the restaurant teams. They all worked tirelessly to ensure that we had everything we needed and were having a good time. The hotel and grounds really do look like the pictures on the website and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided. Last but by no means least the food. We could not fault it. The choice was endless, the quality excellent and it was delicious. We would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and hope to return in the future.

The staff were very inviting, friendly and helpful. Upon arrival the orderly rushed to assist me with luggage and the check-in process was effortless. The room was spotless, spacious with very good furniture. It is very important for me have a decent bathroom and in this case, there was no complaints - very clean and well stocked. I have dietary restrictions and the restaurant at which I had breakfast and lunch ensured I was catered for. They were very willing went to every extent that meals were to my satisfaction and were also very keen to prepare special meals for me. Needless to say, I enjoyed my stay, and the staff were very cordial, professional and they made me feel "special".
