We stayed at this hotel in March and July 2024.
The staff are extremely friendly and always concerned about the well-being of the guests. The rooms are well equipped. The food is not very varied, but sufficient.

Sianlmo stati ad inizio Novembre in 6 persone, tra amici e familiari. Il resort ha la spiaggia che da su una bellissima barriera corallina. Lo staff è stato molto gentile, perché 3 persone del gruppo avevano problemi deambulatori, ma in particolare, il nostro assistente Hassan Malek, ci ha assistiti in maniera perfetta. Gentilissimo e disponibilissimo ha organizzato in tutta urgenza il mio viaggio al Cairo per l'ambasciata Italiana a causa della perdita del mio passaporto. Senza il suo preziosissimo supporto, pazienza e attenzione nei dettagli, è riuscito nel miracolo di farmi ottenere il passaporto sostitutivo e il visto in 24 ore. Ha anche supportato la trafila delle milioni di domande all'aeroporto e permettendo a tutto il gruppo di ripartire in serenità. La sua disponibilità e competenza sono stati fondamentali! Non finiremo mai di ringraziarlo!

Hotel located near the airport. Very nice hotel, rooms are well-kept and cleaned every day. Food is fresh, tasty - everyone will find something for themselves. Animators try to make the time more pleasant - there is no boredom. I highly recommend this hotel.

We spent an amazing week at Amarina Jannah hotel. That's a perfect place for you to relax and enjoy your time the way you like. Staff at the hotel is exceptional, outgoing, makes you feel happy and do everything they can in order for you to relax. Special thanks to Gamal and Ahmed from the pool bar, who always made sure we had a smile on our faces. Speaking about smiles, the animation team spent the whole day making us entertained and amused. We enjoyed all the activities throughout the day, especially those led by Aischa. We enjoyed drinks served there that can be adjusted to your likings. Food was alright, not great, but we always found something tasty for us. There's a beautiful and colorful coral reef available from the hotel beach. Snorkeling there is an activity you cannot miss. 100% recommend.

super semaine dans cet hotel, personnel au top du serveur au manager général. pleins de petites attentions de la part du personnel. ma fille de 8 ans a adoré car l'ensemble des employés a ses petits soins. trop envie de revenir. dernier matin, la cerise sur le gateau pleins de dauphins au niveau du ponton de l'hotel.

Points positifs : La chambre spacieuse et très bien décorée. Fadel, l'homme responsable du nettoyage de la chambre était vraiment très bien. Le bar de la réception avec du personnel attentif. Points négatifs : Drapeau rouge tous les jours alors qu'on vient dans cette région surtout pour faire du snorkeling. Même si le drapeau et jaune (2 fois 30 minutes sur un séjour de 10 jours !!!), pas moyen de se baigner sans se faire siffler, on ne peur pas sortir d'une zone d'une dizaine de mètre. Mon fils a payé un supplément pour avoir vu sur la mer, il y avait un bâtiment devant son balcon. Le service laisse souvent à désirer (les serveurs préfèrent rester sur leur téléphone plutôt que de s'occuper de nous, sauf au bar de la réception). Au restaurant, on vous donne le minimum à manger quand c'est bon (crabes, crevettes ...) par contre si vous êtes égyptiens vous avez le droit d'être bien servis ! La musique à fond dès 7h30 du matin si votre chambre donne sur la piscine, de même dans le restaurant principal, diffusion de musique non stop le matin et à l'heure du déjeuner.

Pobyt w hotelu był moim jednym z najlepszych jak do tej pory. Hotel czysty, blisko lotniska, piękna czysta plaża z piękną rafą koralową. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna, uśmiechnięta, miła. Jedzenie bardzo dobre w szczególności restauracje a'la carte. Mogę również pochwalić animatorów za swą pracę a w szczególności Aischa która poznałem, odpowiednia osoba na odpowiednim stanowisku. Co tu dużo pisać, trzeba tu przyjechać!! Aaa.. zapomniał bym jeszcze o chłopakach z quadów Woijtku i Baha, jesteście najlepsi !!

Blisko lotniska, przy pięknej plaży z cudowną rafa koralową. Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania, czysto , przestronnie , super park wodny. Jedzenie smaczne, pyszne drinki serwowane przez bardzo miłych kelnerów. Bardzo dobrze wspominam również animacje szczególnie Aische, która wręcz zarażała nas pozytywną energią a czas ten był dla nas niezapomniany. Na pochwałę zasługuje również Wojetk i Baha, chłopaki są mistrzami od quadów. Serdecznie polecam to miejsce i tych wspaniałych ludzi.
