Freundliches Personal! Die Anlage ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen! Die Küche ist sehr bemüht, aber die Mittel sind wohl eher begrenzt! Schöner Strandbereich! Ruhig gelegen!

Piękne miejsce za rozsądne pieniądze. Pobyt szybko zleciał bo jest bardzo dużo atrakcji. Pokoje i jedzenie super. Plaża i rafa koralowa przepiękna. Polecam z całego serca. Codziennie inne i ciekawe animacje. Czyste pokoje, które są codziennie sprzątane.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia e i miei amici presso l'Onatti Beach Resort di Marsa Alam attratto dalla bellezza del mare e della spiaggia, che effettivamente si sono rivelati straordinari. Tuttavia, tutto il resto ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Le piscine belle ma gelide, non riscaldate come è scritto nel sito. La struttura è visibilmente vecchia e mal tenuta, lontana dagli standard che ci si aspetta da un resort a 4 stelle. L'organizzazione è pessima e il management sembra completamente assente, privo di qualsiasi competenza nella gestione di una struttura di questo tipo. Il personale alla reception si è dimostrato empatico e disponibile, ma questa attenzione non si riscontra nel resto del personale. Quello di sala e delle camere appare poco preparato, quasi improvvisato. Il cibo è stata una delle note più dolenti: di bassa qualità e cucinato male, non adeguato per una vacanza rilassante. Il kit di cortesia nelle camere era inesistente, e la pulizia lasciava a desiderare. Consiglio di portare da casa bicchieri e piatti se volete garantirvi un drink o un pasto, perché quasi sempre assenti dalla poca quantità di stoviglie dovendo così aspettare che qualcuno finisse di mangiare per poi utilizzare pure i tavoli sporchi perché non venivano puliti. L’animazione era del tutto assente apparte un'ora alla mattina di ginnastica posturale sulla spiaggia, non c’è stato alcun tipo di intrattenimento per gli ospiti. In sintesi, l’Onatti Beach Resort ha grandi potenzialità grazie alla sua posizione e al mare stupendo, ma la gestione e il non livello dei servizi offerti sono assolutamente inadeguati. Non lo consiglierei a chi cerca un soggiorno di qualità o un’esperienza in linea con un resort di questa categoria.

Gutes Mittelklasse Hotel. Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Dafür aber gutes Essen und erstklassigen Service. Sehr freundlich. Besonders Omar Shaker an der Rezeption ist besonders zu erwähnen. Er kann sehr gut deutsch und ist überaus nett freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, für ihn 6Sterne !

(I'm in this hotel now) (Ich bin jetzt in diesem Hotel) W pokojach śmierdzi kanalizacja, jest brudno, brak ciepłej wody pod prysznicem pomimo zgłoszenia twierdzą że dziś mają awarię i nie robią nic od dwóch dni jedna nie ma ciepłej wody, obsługa potrafi tylko zbywać i ignorować problem. (The rooms smell like sewage, it's dirty, there's no hot water in the shower, even though I reported it, they claim there's a breakdown today and they haven't done anything for two days, one of them doesn't have hot water, the staff can only shrug it off and ignore the problem.)
