Service with top-notch staff, always friendly and helpful and attentive. Very good food and quite varied but lack of variety of fruits and dairy products for dessert. Unfortunately, given the size of the hotel, there is no wifi in the rooms.

Pobyt 29-05-2024 do 12-06-2024, to już 17 lub 18 pobyt w Fayrouz. Plusy- przepyszne jedzenie, miła obsługa, cudowna rafa, czyste pokoje, fajna plaża Minusy - słabe wifi Generalnie spędziliśmy cudowne 2 tygodnie w ośrodku na plażowaniu, pływaniu w morzu kosztowaniu pysznej kuchni, generalnie błogie leniuchowanie. Wszyscy pracownicy od recepcji po ogrodników bardzo mili sprzątanie i czystość w pokoju super, mili kelnerzy w barach i restauracjach. Codziennie rano o 06 00 przemiły ratownik otwierał pomost i można było już snurkować na cudownej rafie. Już nie możemy doczekać się powrotu

Villaggio nel complesso piacevole, grande ma ben organizzato e pulito. Ristorante principalmente ben gestito ed offre parecchie alternative ai pasti, colazione molto ricca. Hanno anche plum-cake e pane senza glutine, non so se la contaminazione sia assente. Possibile mangiare all’aperto a tutti i pasti. Animazione molto soft e piano bar piacevole la sera. Accessi al mare molto comodi. La discesa a metà del pontile è molto sfruttata soprattutto quando c’è vento. Camere grosse, un po’ datate, ma tutto sommato sufficienti. Unica pecca sono i lettini e soprattutto i materassini, che a mio avviso, andrebbero sistemati ed in alcuni casi proprio sostituiti. Da potenziare la Wi-Fi almeno per avere segnale nelle camere. Personale gentile ed efficiente.

Di solito non valuto con 5 stelle facilmente ma questo resort le vale tutte! Non sarà il più grande, nuovo o con più attrazioni di tutti, ma la posizione sulla spiaggia con una barriera corallina da favola, la vicinanza all'aeroporto e tante alle caratteristiche lo rendono senza dubbio ottimo. Personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile, sia alla reception sia al ristorante; ottima la pulizia delle camere e il rifornimento quotidiano di acqua; cibo del ristorante principale piuttosto vario e mai ripetitivo, così da non stancare dopo pochi giorni; ottima la qualità anche ai ristoranti libanese ed egiziano disponibili su prenotazione. Ottimo anche il servizio in tutti i bar dislocati nel resort (lobby, piscina, spiaggia). Spiaggia bellissima e ben attrezzata con lettini, ombrelloni e paravento; col pontile si arriva proprio sulla barriera dove si può far snorkeling; sono consigliabili scarpette da mare perchè la battigia e la riva sono coralline. A 10 minuti dalla spiaggia a piedi si arriva alla baia di Marsa Mubarak, sabbiosa, dove è possibile nuotare vicino a tartarughe marine di notevoli dimensioni e dungonghi (noi ci andavamo giornalmente ed abbiamo visto entrambi). Consigliatissimo!

Barriera corallina stupenda, mare dai colori fantastici, villaggio ben tenuto e pulito. Personale cortese. È stata una bellissima vacanza. Giretto sul cammello divertentissimo, posto tranquillo per chi si vuole rilassare. Da consigliare.
