This hotel is the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered in my travel career. The main reason is that the attitude of the hotel's front desk and manager is too bad. It involves discriminating against Chinese people and treating guests very rudely. They can no longer express their kind of expressions. I do not recommend it to Chinese people at all. Go check in. Objectively speaking, this hotel should be removed from the market. Although the final result was not good and I booked another hotel, I am very grateful to the Ctrip platform for working very hard to help communicate!

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato qui per 8 giorni.Il personale gentilissimo sia in spiaggia, al ristorante, in reception e anche nei punti di ristoro(bar). In particolar modo consigliamo di conoscere Hamed e il suo bazar di erboristeria posto difronte alla reception. Inoltre se volete fare dei massaggi a buon prezzo troverete Nasser che in spiaggia verrà a consigliarvi i massaggi proposti dal suo staff con un piccolo assaggio. Escursioni proposte tutte stupende noi abbiamo fatto quella ad Hamata, super Safari, sataya (impegnativa per la navigazione ma arrivati al punto giusto farete un bagno con i delfini) sharm el luli. Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione ampia scelta ma non aspettatevi cibo italiano ( troverete qualche insalata di pasta, pizza e un banco dove preparano pasta precotta e condita al momento). Nel villaggio ci sono due piscine e il pontile che da accesso al mare poiché non è possibile accedervi tramite spiaggia in quanto già presente la barriera corallina. Tutto sommato ottimo viaggio per rilassarvi e staccare la spina dalla quotidianità.

La location è meravigliosa. Le due grandi vasche antistanti la barriera sono ricche di pesci meravigliosi. La cosa che colpisce all'arrivo sono i meravigliosi giardini curati dalla maestria di un giardiniere bravissimo. Le piscine molto belle ma da rimodernare. Le stanze un pochino vecchiotte ma pulite e funzionali. Non accettabile la cosa che si può avere una sola chiave della stanza, anche se sei in tre. La cucina buona ma potrebbe migliorare. Nel complesso una vacanza bellissima e rilassante.

Resort molto curato e tranquillo. Camera pulita. Spiaggia bella con un pontile comodissimo acceso facile alla barriera corallina. A metà del pontile ci sono due piscine naturali con una profondità di circa tre metri. La barriera è bellissima. Nel resort il personale è molto gentile e professionale e sempre disponibile a fare fronte alle nostre esigenze. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Wanted a chill out week after doing dive boat for a week from port ghalib. Worth the 2hour track down here as it’s great value for money with lovely snorkelling (regular turtle and small white tips) and extensive gardens, kept beautifully. Food ok with nice omelette and pasta bar (making up for an otherwise quite “same samey” array of food). Amazing room (1633), where I struck lucky with views of both sea and pool; kept immaculate and seemed to be a newer block. Enjoyed company of Khaled (a lifeguard here) on daily snorkelling outings….worth tagging along with him if you wanna see turtles (eg 5 on my first outing!!). Very quiet here this time of year which suited me well - no entertainment or nightlife to speak of, so I was glad of the one English Channel on tv (BBC) to keep up with news. I paid the extra (25euro) for WiFi everywhere on 2 devices. (15 euro for just one device per week). All round good pick of hotel- much cheaper than other one I’d considered (Lahmy Bay, which I just visited to snorkel Banana Reef there…. No better than here, so don’t bother paying the 20-30 euro day fee!!). No complaints here really…. Room great, nice quiet complex, friendly staff, great beach/snorkelling and solid (if unexciting) food in same restaurant every meal. All round solid choice for the price

Sono partito da solo, con la voglia di riposarmi un po'. Qui potrete trovare relax, cortesia e disponibilità. Le camere sono ampie e pulite. Chi si lamenta del cibo probabilmente non sa adattarsi. Si trova sempre qualcosa da mangiare di buono. Forse ci vorrebbe un minimo di animazione per aiutare a socializzare . Mare bellissimo

Una settimana piacevole, la struttura un po' datata ma funzionale, personale molto disponibile e professionale, cucina internazionale di discreta qualità, purtroppo il mare non è accessibile dalla spiaggia ma dal pontile si possono fare bei bagni, la struttura offre anche servizi esterni piacevoli e seguiti da bravi guide. Insomma una piacevole vacanza da condividere con amici o famigliari.

Albergo datato ma le camere sono molto pulite e profumate. Vale la pena soggiornare qui per gli splendidi giardini, molto curati. Il personale è tutto molto gentile e cordiale cercano di fare del tutto per accontentare il cliente. Un grazie speciale a Mahmood, nostro addetto alla pulizia della stanza, ogni giorno ci ha fatto sorridere con le sue sorprese originali. L'albergo era pieno, ma non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di sovraffollamento, sempre tutto molto fluido e veloce. Ci tornerei nonostante le tre ore di pullman dall'aeroporto di Marsa Alam.
