1.沒有禮賓有大件行李衹能自己找行李車，跟前台反應了才找一個小哥搬上去，期間一直站在那裡等小哥辦完別人的入住才能上樓。前台一個二個都是一張臭臉尤其是一個瘦瘦的中年婦女貌似主管職務的。
2.房間沒有小冰箱，第一個房間房門是壞的有一個縫關不嚴，房間辦公坐的小凳都包漿了不敢坐。
3.客房服務反應很及時全部都沒有等很久，房務部以及打掃衞生的小姐姐都很好。房務部可以給滿分前台全部給0分。門面都做不好，潛山引進一些國際品牌王府就往後站吧。遲早的事
