餐廳的沙發靠墊背後莫名有一堆鐵釘，沙發套子都被戳爛了，當時兩個小朋友一起玩，幸好衹有我兒子受傷，另一個寶寶沒事。我兒子被戳到手流血後，當值餐廳服務員提出贈送我們自助餐後，我也同意了，後來餐廳經理多次打電話，擺爛表示不承認自己員工提出的解決方案，對於希爾頓這種國際品牌的酒店，我不理解酒店是怎麼給員工培訓的，我表示無言以對，並且醫葯箱內用於傷口消毒的竟然沒有碘伏，是用酒精給我兒子傷口消毒的。。。

很慶幸選了這家酒店，硬件裝修都很喜歡，服務很熱情，工作人員都會主動問好，提示早餐，停車等。前台登記的應該是個新手，前輩在旁邊還會提示做的不夠的地方，團隊氛圍好好。
早餐選擇很多，服務生還會幫忙送咖啡，贊。
提個小建議，餐廳裏的小童遊樂區建議和用餐區再做點隔離措施，畢竟活動和吃飯湊太近有點不和諧，不是所有人都帶娃哈

先説缺點！
房間的煙味太重了！！！是我入住過的國際酒店管理集團下禁煙做的最差的一家。甚至電梯口都有煙屁股！
床頭是織物的，煙味都醃入味了，一股子煙酸臭味，對嗅覺敏感的人來説簡直遭罪。
優點是：服務人員很熱情也很幫助，換房間+拿空氣凈化器，但並不是太有用處。大堂的歡迎飲品還蠻好喝的。早飯也還算豐富。
建議無煙管理更嚴格些，或者設定禁煙樓層並徹底對客房做一次無煙凈化處理。
