4點到的和我説沒打掃好要等，在表達的不滿後很快解決了，雖然這點給好評但是我9點就能入住的房和我説下午4點還沒打掃好是不是有點過分？ 樓層裏都是煙味，可能是房間裏抽煙後開着門 但是呆了幾天下來後發覺整個啟東室內抽煙問題不是一家酒店的事情，希望店家如果真的想再上一層樓還是改進一下早餐8點左右下去人已經挺多了

覺得好的地方： 1.房間挺好，有4瓶水 2.地段離商業街蠻近的 3.牙刷牙膏都在房間裏，不需要去前台取 4.有窗户可以開，帶紗窗 5.早飯還算好，除了下餛飩的阿姨動作太慢，生怕餛飩下快了，點的人太多 覺得不好的地方： 1.進房間有異味，感覺是煙味 2.對小孩不友好，沒有床圍，墊了2個枕頭還是半夜從床上摔下去了，最後沒辦法，移了桌子和椅子到床邊 3.牀頭櫃和電話機上的灰，我擦了2遍，小孩到處摸，我到處擦 4.冰箱插上了電，但是冰箱壞的，打電話給前台也沒解決，派了個師傅上來，看了看説壞的，我説哦，害我的綠豆糕和酸奶在壞的冰箱裏麪放了一天，都不能吃了 5.問前台附近有沒有小童樂園，前台表示不知道，好吧，還是自己大眾點評網搜一下 這家更適合出差住，帶小孩住也沒有小樓梯給小孩走上去洗手
