Great stay as always. Hotel exceeds expectations and the rooms are cool and comfy.

Facilities are beautiful, room is beautiful but all service people do not speak English also their training is not up to international standard. There is only few tables occupied during breakfast but the staff are missing and are not attentive. This reflects greatly on the management of this hotel

Very nice hotel, staffs are friendly and help a lot on all my needs, Tina at reception provided one by one service. The facilities, services, breakfast, Chinese food dinner and the sea view all made families happy and enjoyed the 2 nights stay. Try it and you will love it.

I booked the room half a month before the trip. Not long after, Bella from the hotel's guest relations department contacted me in advance to discuss the room type and floor. It was very comfortable during the stay. She asked about the cleaning time every day. My family broke a cup. Bella first cared about whether the person was injured and arranged someone to clean up the glass slag. No compensation was paid. Very considerate. Full marks! Daily first round of mini bar drinks: complete categories. Service: very good! Mainly because I can meet such a reliable housekeeper like Bella!

This is my first trip to Qingdao. Before coming, I hesitated for a long time between St. Regis and Diaoyutai, and finally decided on the latter. The surrounding transportation is convenient, no matter where you go, the bedding is comfortable, the bathtub is large, the elderly and children are very satisfied! If two adults and two children, the 1.35-meter double bed is completely enough!
