My family traveled to Qingdao and were very satisfied with the hotel I booked for them. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were gentle and polite. The room was spotless, with great natural light, and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm. It was very quiet at night. The facilities were well-maintained, and getting around the area was convenient. The service was thoughtful in every detail, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Returning to Qingdao after two decades, staying at the Mercure Qingdao Zhanshan Sea View truly felt like a home away from home. The location and facilities are great, right by the sea. They have a laundry room with a washer-dryer combo, which is super convenient. The service was excellent; Miss Liu Siyu even upgraded us to a sea-view room. Breakfast was also fantastic!

Choosing this hotel for our trip truly exceeded our expectations; the overall stay was incredibly comfortable. It's also very close to St. Michael's Cathedral and Zhongshan Road Old Street, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. It's not far from Qingdao Station either, so getting around is completely stress-free. The room was clean and tidy with excellent natural light. The facilities were well-maintained, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply was stable. The toiletries were comprehensive, showing the owner's attention to detail. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient with check-in and check-out procedures. They were patient and thorough in answering any questions, and their service attitude was gentle and appropriate. The hotel environment is quiet, not disturbed by street noise. The window offers an expansive view, allowing for a distant glimpse of the coastline during leisure time. The public areas are neat and clean, and the overall decor is simple yet comfortable, offering great value for money. It's suitable for both short trips to see Qingdao's attractions or for transit stays. If I visit Qingdao again, this will be my top choice, and I highly recommend it to friends visiting the Zhanqiao area. Everything was perfect; the stay was a full 10 out of 10.

The hotel is very close to the sea, and the room we booked had a huge window with a sea view. From the front desk to the service staff, everyone was incredibly friendly. As soon as we arrived, the lovely lady at the front desk promptly offered us drinks to quench our thirst. The breakfast restaurant isn't huge, but there's a good variety of food, including coffee, juice, yogurt, tea, stir-fried dishes with shrimp and beef, cakes, noodles, wontons, and mackerel and squid dumplings. It was great!

Recommended by a friend, as soon as I entered, someone helped me with my luggage. The room was very clean and close to the beach, so a walk in the evening was very pleasant.
