Service on executive floor was very good. Special thanks to Frank and the chef for their attention. Disappointed in choice of Western dishes at breakfast and no description of dishes in English.

As a solo traveler, I felt very safe here. The staff was friendly and helpful, many spoke some English. The room was very comfortable. The view from the room looked out onto a German style row of restaurants and some of the water and mainland part of Qingdao. The breakfast had fair offerings of Western and Chinese food. There was a 24-hour convenience store in the hotel for snacks. The location was quiet and peaceful, nearby the friends I was visiting but not very near the touristic spots of Qingdao. It was convenient for my purposes.

Frank provided excellent service in Lounge. Food at breakfast was barely available at 9.20, breakfast room very full and service personal not enough.

Very relaxing and the view was amazing! I've been in this hotel twice and it never disappoint me.

The hotel is very similar to those around it. The one special thing about this one is that we could sit outside for our meals and enjoy the outside vibe. Sunday night has a live band session which amazing. The outside play ground also catered well for our kids.

Stayed on the 10th floor, the view was great, the room attendants were enthusiastic and diligent, the meals were rich, the swimming pool was the most satisfactory, and I also saw the pony and its baby, which was a special surprise. I have recommended your hotel to several colleagues.

The hotel has a great view and is suitable for self-driving. The hotel staff, especially the housekeeping department, are warm and friendly. There are only two bottles of water in the room and the mini bar is empty, which is incomprehensible. The staff at the breakfast counter are a bit indifferent in comparison. The air conditioning in the room is deducted a lot of points, the cooling is particularly poor, so be careful if you stay in summer.

The room is very good, the scenery is beautiful, the service is very humane and meticulous, special thanks to Karry, the restaurant manager, and Tongwang for their enthusiastic service. I also saw a very cute pony and had a pleasant stay. 😀

The hotel is very cost-effective, with rich breakfast, and the children like the playground very much. There is also a beach downstairs, where you can ride a scooter along the coast. The room is also very comfortable. Next to it is the yacht base, which is especially good for taking children out to sea.

A great stay! The room was very clean, the hotel surroundings were beautiful, the staff was very welcoming, and they helped us upgrade to a suite for free. During the summer vacation, the parking lot was full, and Tony Wang enthusiastically helped us direct parking, and we found a parking space quickly. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Qingdao next time!

Behind the hotel is the coastline, but there is no beach. You can go diving, sailing, yachting and other marine activities. The hotel swimming pool is open to the public and there are many people. The four dishes in the picture are from the hotel's Chinese restaurant, which takes one and a half hours to serve four dishes. The outdoor barbecue outside takes another hour to serve the dishes. Be careful when choosing for food, as you will have to wait a long time. Due to the large number of customers, the service can't keep up, and everything is slow. Except for the hygiene and comfortable bedding, the service needs to be improved.

The hotel is located on Xingguang Island, with nice views around. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and a small children's playground. The back garden of the hotel is close to the sea, but not the beach. The service was warm. As soon as we checked in, we were given a big cookie each, and we were allowed to check in more than two hours earlier. The breakfast was quite rich. However, the hotel also has obvious shortcomings: 1. The hotel lobby is filled with a cheap artificial sandalwood smell! No wonder some comments say that they feel like vomiting soon after entering the hotel... Now I think this comment should be about this fragrance. I don't understand why the hotel uses fragrance. Do they want to cover up other smells? 2. The hotel facilities say that there is a laundry room, but it is not a self-service laundry room as everyone understands, but a laundry service. After giving Ctrip suggestions, they said that they would improve... I booked three hotels for a total of eight days on this trip, and this hotel is the only one I didn't give a full score for.
