Holiday Inn Express Qingdao West Coast Golden Beach Reviews

I am always happy with Holiday Inn Express in Qingdao. The room is big and provides good breakfast with Luckin Coffee. There is a mall nearby, and many restaurants. Very convenient!!

The best place to stay in Qingdao city. We loved it very much. Very nice front desk staff. The staff there speak English very well and helped us on finding best shopping areas in the city.

It was in a good location. Currently there is a construction going on near it, so no real seaview images. The staff was helpful and spoke good English. Decent enough breakfast.

The hotel is located not far from the public park with an ocean view. It was nice to walk around. The environent was so clean and neat. It is also close to the supermarket in the next building. The room is clean, tidy, not big but enough for couples. The breakfast was good too. The staff are also friendly and very helpful, not much can speak English. One of the staff named Frank spoke good English. He was very nice to us and he helped us with ordering a taxi outside. It was a pleasant stay at Qingdao Holiday Inn Express for us.

My friend and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express during our trip to Qingdao. Initially, we had high expectations of the hotel especially since my friend had experienced what Holiday Inn was like in a previous city which was a very good experience. However, our expectations were no met😕 at this hotel. Overall, it was not a bad stay because the hotel was at a good location (there's a mall literally behind the hotel, lots of restaurants and 5 min walk from the subway station) and the staff at the front dest were nice. However, the food, on trip.com, it notes there's western breakfast but there was not! The breakfast was a basic Chinese breakfast so we were not satisfied with the breakfast at all. Additionally, the hotel needs to be diligent about cleaning the bathrooms. You need to actually scrub the bathroom and not just wipe it down! The shower and around the face basin had mold which was very disgusting and disturbing 🤢. Please do better! Otherwise, we had a good stay. The bed and pillows were so soft, we felt like we were sleeping on clouds 😍😁. We also loved that the lobby had free popcorn for the guests to take 😄.

Nice hotel typical of any holiday inn..Just a short walk there's a shopping complex and convenient for meals and get stuff there..Room is fairly size and hotel reception speaks some English and wete very helpful in arranging airport transfer..Would Stay here again

Located a short distance walk from Metro station and seaside and next to a shopping mall. Appreciate that free of charge self service laundry service is available including dryer.

My visit was mainly for a run, and the hotel's located in a convenient area, perfect for an easy run with a view of water, boats, landscape, and architecture. It's also near a few restaurants and convenience stores.

This is my second time staying in this hotel and I'm not disappointed. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable, it gave me a wonderful opportunity to get some rest.
