Hotel was nice. A bit secluded. Not many open amenities. It’s weird getting to the beach. Hotel restaurant was nice. Nice little playground for kids. Overall good experience

Beautiful and classy. Restaurant has both Chinese and Western options. Staff were very helpful. Lovely lake side relaxing area nearby.

I got a free upgrade to business suite. Since I've been staying here repeatedly, I will only comment on the changes. Still awesome beds and quiet. Still efficient concierges - thanks for the upgrade! Didn't have breakfast this time around. At least for the suite, they seem to have fixed the plumbing/smell issue they had a while ago, this is a big plus.

We expected better

The room was large and comfortable, and the terrace facing the sea was particularly romantic. The hotel's grilled pork belly was particularly delicious. I wanted to eat it again after eating it. I also asked if there was a turndown service, which was also provided. The service was very good!

The room is big. We have twin beds in one room. Two adults and two children can sleep well. We used the swimming pool twice. The water temperature is suitable. Both adults and children like it very much. The eldest child also went to the gym to run. We drove to Shanda to eat and drink milk tea. It is not far.

There are stains on the benches in the dressing room. I dare not do it. I didn't bring my mobile phone and didn't take pictures Room service, no children's products, asked and they were all used up! A five-star hotel, with a big trash can at the door is also drunk. In the process of queuing to check in, there were three waves of guests arguing with the front desk. I have never encountered such a thing. I left after breakfast the next day. I didn't want to stay any longer! There is nothing to do around, and there is nothing to do in the hotel! The overall feeling matches the guesthouse!

The hotel room is OK. The lobby is too hot and stuffy. They explained that the air conditioner was on. I didn't feel it at all. The beach is not very good. There is no swimming. It is a bit different from the publicity. There are too many people at breakfast. It is messy. There is nothing delicious. The soy milk is all brewed. This standard 128 breakfast is really not in line with the price. The attitude of the restaurant waiter is very arrogant, which is obviously different from the service at the front desk. The lobby manager Liu Xin at the front desk has a good service attitude. I will come to patronize next time when I have time.

Grand Mercure Hotel has complete and luxurious rooms. The equipment is spotless and odorless. Although the furniture is a bit old, it has a more earthly atmosphere. Each room has a wide terrace facing east, looking far away, the sea and sky are one color, the sun rises and the moon sets, and the waves are rippling. Get up early to enjoy the sunrise over the sea; at night, you can follow the winding coastline, step on the beach, and feel the bright moon over the sea. When the rain and fog suddenly rise, the island is vague, and the water birds gather, which is even more interesting.
