The room is poor, room is not same as my booking, Location is very good can walk to the train station, a lot of restaurant is nearby. a lot of mini-mart is nearby. I think we can find other hotel nearby and have better quality.

Walking distance to Qingdao metro and railway station. Very convenient to go scenic area. Adequate room size. No hot water provided for shower in the early morning ard 4-5am.

Great hotel with some nice characters. A receptionist let me check-in even in 9 am. Room is clean with good space and, of course, A/C. Tasty breakfast. Washing machine/Drier is very helpful for mid-long travellers like me.

Very smelly room and quite dirty

The most abstract Hanting I've ever stayed in. When I first entered the room, I looked at the towel and saw yellow unknown stains that made me feel dizzy. I almost used it, so I asked the front desk to change it. There were more or less unknown stains on the bath towel and the towel (like vomit or wiping after a big bowel movement, I don't know, I'm just guessing). It is right next to the D entrance of Qingdao Station and diagonally opposite the Public Security Bureau, so it is convenient to go anywhere. This is an advantage! The disadvantage is that the room is really small, and the decoration is also in the style of the previous generation of Hanting. Fortunately, there is no problem with hygiene and it is clean! Another thing that I don't understand is that the standard room only comes with one breakfast voucher, and the other person needs to buy it. Although the money is not much, I always feel full of routines! If it is a big bed, you say that it is easy to understand if you match one. Obviously, the standard room has two beds for two people to stay, but one is provided. Really, I don't know what the meaning of doing this is! ? Overall, I am quite satisfied and the hygiene is also recognized! In addition, it should be pointed out that the staff of the breakfast restaurant chat casually, which should be corrected. During the entire dining process, from beginning to end, from the children's schooling to employment, they were chatting all the time. The key is that it has been like this for two consecutive days. I don't agree with this management model!

There was dust everywhere. I went to the restaurant to eat in the morning. There were still debris from yesterday on the table. The glass was also dirty. It can be seen that this store lacks management and there are many staff, but the details are not handled very well. The experience is very poor.

Clean room, good location, complete facilities, good service attitude

It is very close to Qingdao Station and Zhanqiao and many scenic spots. We upgraded the room. The floor heating is very good. But Shandong is too dry. I feel that I need a humidifier. The environment is okay, the service is very good, and the hygiene is not bad. The shower faucet is a little leaky.
