經常出差的住酒店的我第一次遇到這種情況、預訂酒店因為打不到車取消訂單申請退款不給通過然後我人都沒到就直接顯示入住了、打電話過去還一直語音提示目前人工繁忙請繼續等待啥的、好幾天了終於聯繫上了卻説我們申請沒通過所以退不了、又説什麼超過了時間了、最後才勉為其難退50塊錢、你們説氣人不？我之前遇到過這種情況、看我人還沒到人直接打電話聯繫我、問我還住不住、哪有像你們這樣人沒到就辦理入住申請又不通過的？真的是人才？一顆心都不想給你

#負評#對梳洗用品，鄰近活動失望；空调滴水，能滴到床上，没有人管！！卫生间居然是开放式的，害得我澡都不好意思洗！！说是有早餐，结果就是骗人的！！如果不是为了离客户近一些，早上起晚一些，绝对不会入这个坑！！
