Reception not the best, you order delivery. You’ll have to move around like a thousand times.. elevator is a pain..

When I first arrived,i requested the wechat account because i am a foreigner and communication is easier via wechat. I cannot phone and speak Chinese via the hotel room. There was only one lady that was attentive to reply to my messages when she was on duty,which is only once out of the four days that i stayed there. The other lady and the other people there completely ignore messages and I had to go all the way downstairs to reception when I needed something. Regarding cleanliness,the rooms were quite dusty,not very clean,but it was okay and liveable. The beds were comfortable, because in China I've had very hard beds in some hotels so this was not an issue. Overall very average place,
