I recently stayed at Housing International Hotel in Qingdao and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city's attractions and enjoy the beautiful seaside views. The staff were extremely courteous and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Overall, Housing International Hotel exceeded my expectations. It provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Qingdao.

This is an extension to my first night stay. That says for itself. Great room. On second night stay, I then realise my room have windows that open up to structures. So the top floor rooms are definitely not for those who want a hotel with view.

Great location and I would stay here again!

The room was amazing! It was spacious with everything I wanted: mini fridge, microwave, ice bucket. My floor (33) had a private elevator and a laundry room. The hotel breakfast was good with a great view of the square & ocean and pretty good coffee.

Big and clean room

This is my second trip to the housing international hotel and it never disappoints. Very good location with a 5 minute stroll to may the 5th square. Also, the subway is right outside the hotel making it convenient to travel around the city. Would definitely stay again

Bathroom was not up to the Mark. Other things were fine.

All in all: price still too high for what you get.

I stayed in connecting double room 708 with my friends. This design is very good and suitable for 4 friends to travel together. It has 4 single beds and 2 bathrooms, which is more convenient. The cleaners have good attitudes and work hard. But the air conditioner in one room didn't work. It was turned on to 19 degrees and I woke up from the heat at night. It wasn't as cool as outside. Moreover, starting from the evening, the room is filled with the smell of cooking fumes, which sometimes lasts until midnight. On the contrary, the corridor is smelly, and the door must be kept open to disperse the smell. The other adjacent room was fine. It is said that the hotel is completely full, and if you are dissatisfied, you will not dare to change. Who knows what other new situations will happen. Later, when I saw the signboard downstairs of the hotel, I realized that this building is full of mixed housing. Some rooms are for self-occupation, some are hotel rooms, and there are also commercial rooms. For example, the massage on the fourth floor is good. We went there twice.
