十一期間服務也非常的貼心，沒有因為客人多而鬆懈。客房服務人員、餐廳服務人員、前台服務人員態度都非常好；早餐時孩子哭鬧還幫忙送玩具轉移注意力，特別貼心.

入住兩晚，酒店就在五四廣場馬路對面的機關大樓背後，位置非常方便，幾經比較選擇了這家店，確實讓我滿滿感動，住了那麼多酒店，第一次碰到客房服務員幫我把洗漱用品整理的整整齊齊，還貼心的鋪上了墊布，幫我們把洗好的襪子小衣服用除濕機烘乾着，種種細節讓我印象深刻，酒店硬件不斷升級的有很多，但服務能做到這般有温度的，鳳毛麟角，必須要回來點評點贊，酒店對面的幾家飯店在晚歸的時候也恰到好處的滿足了胃，很方便

老婆説叫大廈的讓她提不起興趣，但我覺得其實挺不錯，1.挨着市政府，外立面很大氣，位置不錯挨着五四廣場地鐵站和萬象城，青島司機都知道；2.設施不算新不算豪華，但房間設施和服務內容都很齊全，服務員看我們洗東西就送了洗衣液

酒店服務態度好且周到！一到門口工作人員就幫忙搬行李。前台小哥還給升級了套房房型，房間真的很贊，大窗能看到海和五四廣場，晚上也能看到燈光秀。酒店位置鄰近市政府，離五四廣場、萬象城也近，到地鐵站也方便。早餐豐富，樣式多還美味！房間用品齊全，酒店還給送了水果和嶗山綠茶！體驗很贊！

市政府後麪的酒店，乾淨衞生，服務好，自助餐品種多，房間裏面有洗衣機和烘乾機是我最滿意的，所以兩次來青島都選擇了這家，第一次是看點評選的，第二次是直接定，就是因為好。
