Great experience, lovely staff members, highly recommend, lots of play space for children both indoors and outdoors. Good breakfast both western and Chinese options.

Perfect stay. Close to the Laoshan scenic places and the cherry blossom farms.

The room is spacious and clean. The location is closed to tourism areas. We have a pleasant stay. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Holiday Inn Expo is a nice hotel, but it’s in the middle of nowhere. There are no shops or restaurants nearby. It’s even difficult to waimai food to the hotel. There is a subway stop within walking distance, but iOS’s a 20 min subway ride from anything of interest. This morning at 7am, I was awoken by loud construction noise. So annoying! What hotel allows construction to happen at 7am. I was thoroughly looking forward to sleeping in on my weekend vacation. 😡

I accidentally left some belongings in my room. June was very helpful to ship them back to me. I jad a good stay there.

Good for family stay and quite place

The room was clean and hygienic, but I found that there was no floor suction on the door, which was a bit inconvenient to bring the baby and luggage, and the door was quite heavy. The bathroom light was very dim, which was inconvenient for girls to put on makeup. The TV in the room was a bit blurry, and the baby might feel uncomfortable after watching it for a long time. The bathroom did not have a large shower head, which was not very accustomed to. The breakfast was very good and there were many styles. Later, because the baby fell asleep, we finished eating first and brought him in to eat. The staff also said it was okay, which was quite humane, and the breakfast was delicious. The service of the housekeeper was very warm and thoughtful. The only thing that was not good was that there was no self-service laundry in the laundry room, and most hotels should provide some daily clothes for free. The room service was good. The door was a little hard to open. When I went down to swim, they told me they didn't have slippers, but they were all in the closet... The kids sent breakfast. The hotel is quite generous. I will stay here again if I have a chance.

The location is a bit off for this price, the room is ok, it's an old hotel, the scale is very large, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the swimming pool is relatively clean!

The Holiday Inn Expo is located in Qingdao, backed by the Baiguoshan Forest Park, with lush greenery and a beautiful environment. The service provided by the lady was very authentic. She upgraded us to a top room directly. The VIP treatment came as soon as it was offered. I felt like I was floating! The breakfast was very rich and I was very satisfied with the stay!

Very good, but there are too many tourists, the room is too full, and there is no room for extension. The service is great, the disadvantage is that there is not much to eat around, the barbecue in the store is too slow to serve. The takeaway time is relatively long.
