酒店的服務真是太貼心了，每天都能感受到7號服務人員高情商的陪伴，讓人心情愉悦，每一個細節都做的很到位。酒店環境環境優雅舒適，衞生情況非常好，位置也很便利，周邊有很多餐館和商超，出行打車自駕都很方便，門口就可以停車。無論是入住還是退房流程都非常順暢，本次入住非常開心。

房間小，入住時房間沒給留，又臨時協調房間，催了幾次才調整入住，態度不積極，房卡和水不能多給，衹給一張房卡，不方便，早餐太次了，不會再來了，破壞了對錦江之星的印象。

前台服務有待提高，枕頭不是標配，給前台要枕頭竟然回覆住滿了沒有多餘的，後來給了一個枕頭，枕套還是帶洞的，不建議遊客入住，非常不值，隔音很差，早早就被其他遊客吵醒了，要幾瓶水也不樂意給，總之給人感覺很差！
