Staff don’t speak English. Toilet is broken. Hotel is VERY noisy. Walls are thin as paper, couldn’t sleep because of the neighbors. There’s a club next to the hotel, which makes it even more noisy. Don’t recommend.

Great hotel with close location to Shilaoren and an array of malls, roughly a 10minuet walk to the closest metro station (line 2) which makes it convenient to get to almost any location in the Shibei area

The design style is unique and novel, the environment is beautiful and comfortable, the service staff needs to be trained more, the guests enjoy delayed check-out until 2 o'clock, Pm13:40 when I left the room, I was called to tell whether to extend my stay or check out, the feeling is not very good, but overall it is pretty good, thank you 🙏

Very satisfied with the hotel. This time I came to take pictures of the seal pool. The hotel is next to the Polar Ocean World. It only takes a few minutes to walk there. It is very convenient. The hotel is well designed and close to May Fourth Square and Ocean Love Park. Grace upgraded the room type for free. The service is thoughtful. I will choose this hotel next time.

The location is good. There is Ocean Park next door. There are also many beautiful internet-famous cafes and restaurants. It is also very convenient to travel. I tried the hotel restaurant and it tasted pretty good. The sanitary conditions are good, the service is also in place, and the baby's toiletries are provided. The only drawback is that the room is small. The sea view room is large. The room I booked is too compact and there is not enough space for the suitcase.

I brought my family to Qingdao for a summer vacation and chose Qingdao U Hotel, which is close to the sea. I had a very pleasant stay. According to Ctrip's review list, this design ranked fourth, and I chose it based on my needs to go to the Polar Oceanarium. The overall sense of design, the U-shaped logo can be seen everywhere, reflecting the brand style. My personal subjective evaluation: This sense of design is amazing at first sight, and you can't look at it carefully after the second glance. Because I stayed for one night temporarily, I chose the most basic room type. The price determines the size of the room, so I won't comment on it here. Subjectively, I think the hygiene and maintenance in the room are average. The service is up to par, and there is a quick response to needs.

This is the most cost-effective hotel on this trip. Summer vacations are very expensive. This one is about 70% off the regular price, and it is only 400 meters away from the Polar Park, which is very convenient. The sanitation is very good, and I pay the most attention to the bathroom. It really makes me feel calm. Although it is very close to the beach, the bedding can always be kept dry and loose, which is rare. Miss Grace at the front desk is very nice. We bothered her many times, and she always agreed with a smile, which was very comfortable.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Shilaoren Beach and most of the attractions in the city. The butler Gary is very warm and thoughtful, and recommended a lot of local food and tourist routes. Great…

Because of the rain, the itinerary was changed temporarily, so the hotel was booked in a hurry. Fortunately, it was not a bad choice. There was a big fishery nearby, and there was no worry about lunch. I was satisfied with everything~
