Excellent value for money! The hot water was consistent and the Wi-Fi was fast. The lobby was clean and simply designed. The smart toilet, a Geberit, was as comfortable as the one at home. The mattress and bedding were top-notch! Definitely recommend. Yulia provided thoughtful and attentive service. A very satisfying experience, I'll recommend it to friends and family visiting Qingdao.

Throughout my stay, the service was exceptionally warm. Every staff member I encountered on the way would proactively greet guests politely and appropriately. It wasn't just standardized service; they truly went the extra mile with their thoughtful touches. The location is excellent, making travel convenient. The Westin Qingdao has an excellent location, very close to May Fourth Square and the commercial district, making it super convenient for getting around, sightseeing, shopping, and finding places to eat. Staying on the Executive Floor offered outstanding views; I could take in the stunning sea views right from my window. The Executive Lounge experience was superb, with a wide variety of food. The staff were attentive and responsive, providing meticulous service throughout my stay. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay, perfect for a trip to Qingdao.

The only downside is that after running water in the bathtub, there was a musty smell coming from underneath it. Service: The front desk staff were all very understanding and considerate. They helped us extend our stay, recognizing that the elderly traveler was tired from their journey. Transportation: If you're catching a flight the next day, this hotel is perfectly suited.
