Family outing during the Dragon Boat Festival, I wanted to be closer to May Fourth Square, so I chose this hotel. It is newly renovated, parking is very convenient, not too far from the subway station, the facilities are very new, it is my favorite decoration style ～ The whole house is smart~ You can achieve it by calling Xiaodu. The front desk lady also upgraded me to a room with a bathtub, the service attitude is super good! recommend!

I booked this hotel during the Qingming Festival. I found that it is located in a residential area, the environment is quiet, the rooms are clean, the service staff is very kind, and they are very patient in answering questions. The most important thing is that the bed and pillow are very comfortable! Although it is not next to the subway station, the environment is quiet, it is next to the food street, and it is within walking distance to the Olympic Sailing Center. The room price is premium during holidays, but the overall cost performance is good compared horizontally.

Hotel is good, room is big enough ,it has air conditioners,Tv,hair dryer,free water and tea ,breakfast is also included.

Trip gives the impression this is a five star hotel. It's not. It is 4 star. It is also quite dated. It's not bad, but it's far from great. Again, Trip gives the impression that it much better than it is. It's quite a worn out place with rooms in desperate need of a makeover. It also lacks charm or a feel of sophistication. Just kink of bland, really. Also, you can really taste the savings at the breakfast buffet. Again, not bad, but really cheap and bland. The one stand out was the Chinese food I ordered for room service.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. It has a great location about 5 min walk to the train station and the beach. The service was super good, satisfying all the needs of customers. Besides a free good breakfast, they provided afternoon tea for both days even though we stayed only for one night. There is also a free upgrading of room for our next booking. Very friendly and warm staffs.

This is our 2nd time staying here with good service provided. Staffs are helpful and attentive to hotel guest. Thank you Koala, Hazley & those who was on duty during our stay. Hope all staffs can keep the same services to all guests. Thank you.

This time we stayed in 1913, which is a bit smaller than the other suites. The windows are quite high, so it feels a bit cramped. Other than that it was still a really nice stay with superb service. They are always super helpful, and always help me to book restaurants. As always the breakfast is superb with plenty of western options. Also lots of good restaurants just down the road.

The room is clean and tidy, with a private bathroom and a large-screen projection. The room auntie cleans the room regularly every day. There is no peculiar smell in the room, but you can smell the disinfectant, which means that the room is disinfected every time. This is very detailed. The service is very good and the price is affordable. It is worth recommending!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the amazing hotel with a fantastic location and incredibly friendly staff. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the major attractions and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops. I loved being able to step out of the hotel and immediately immerse myself in the vibrant energy of the city. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could possibly need. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the little touches that made me feel right at home. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every single person I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff, was incredibly kind, attentive, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Their genuine hospitality made my stay truly special and memorable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay with exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the city.

It was our first time in Qingdao, and we really enjoyed our stay at 青岛海天大酒店 :) We initially booked a sea view room with twin beds for our trip. Upon reaching the hotel, we asked Crystal Zhao, our hotel concierge on whether a room with a king bed was available. She then readily helped us to arrange for a better room with a king bed. It might have been a coincidence, but the room number that Crystal assigned us also matched my birthday and that made it more special! Throughout the stay, crystal also checked in on us via WeChat daily, and arranged for gifts and fruits to be sent to our room. Service was top notch, the room was clean, and we had an amazing view.
