硬件不錯，環境不錯…問題是：私湯小院居然沒有院子門，路過時就可以對院子裏泡湯的人一覽無餘…失去了“私湯”的意義…

位置有點偏，衹能自駕去。周圍什麼都沒有。好在温泉不錯，住的別墅有私湯，水挺熱的。公共温泉也不錯，池子多，可以不不限次數泡。

別墅區會比家庭房那邊設施環境好，有私湯，住了兩晚，第二天提醒讓人收拾衞生，居然啥也不幹，就把洗漱用品拿兩個黑色塑料袋直接扔門口，房間垃圾毛巾都不給換，温泉藝術中心那邊太差勁，環境很一般，特別晚上黑乎乎一片，連服務人都沒幾個，態度也不好，不推薦，可以定別墅區玩玩泡泡私湯就好

設計很好，門口周邊的環境有點拉，主要是國道打車太多，進入大門就豁然開朗，可以考慮將大門改在東側或者西側，離開國道遠一點，這樣小仙女們會感覺更私密

環境和設施比較不錯，服務基本等於沒有，攜程上訂的小院，辦理入住時和前台説能不能住到景色更好的那幾棟，前台説都訂出去了（晚上看根本沒有），之後又和前台申請麻將機，前台又説有麻將機房間裏都是訂房時候備註了（這麼一致嗎？酒店預訂頁面有可以備註麻將機？）這些都忍了，可是今天中午12點05分被標記騷擾電話的前台給我來電話，第一次沒注意，一看騷擾電話給掛了，12點34分，我們一家人正在房間裏吃飯的時候又給我來電話，問我退沒退房，十二點之前得退房，我説我是攜程上訂的，享受的權益就是延遲到14時退房，而且酒店也確認了。前台卻説，“是，但是我們這下午有預訂的客人”，我説這個東西和我沒什麼關係吧，前台態度惡劣的説了聲好吧，就把電話掛了。作為酒店方你要覺得房子安排不開，就別確認延遲退房，確認了你又來催，這樣的服務，這樣的前台，酒店能開長久？

一個在國道邊上的度假區，不知道為什麼非常清凈，清凈的有點嚇人，環境非常好，設施清洗不到位，價格偏高，環境超美，大山裡的無邊泳池，遠處的長城，綠綠的草坪
