The room is the same as the picture. It is authentic, warm and beautiful, clean and tidy, quiet and comfortable, and well-equipped. The landlord is very nice and patient. They provide us with a lot of help and advice in eating and drinking. We burned a rich Chinese meal. According to the landlord’s instructions, we went to the market to buy ingredients and processed them ourselves. They were cheap and delicious. Prawns, abalones, local specialties, tofu and roast pork. Everyone was full of praise. Happy Very satisfied and highly recommended. I will definitely come to this place next time I come to Qingyuan!

There are shopping malls and restaurants near the hotel, which is very convenient The hotel is easy to find and bright. The lobby facilities are surprisingly good. The front desk service is very good. Check-in is very fast. The location is relatively remote, and the surrounding environment is not very friendly. There are no restaurants and shopping, mostly lubricant stores. The view from the upper floors is average. The wall above the TV in the room has obvious water seepage or something causing bulges. The carpet in the lobby is very dirty. It doesn't look like it was newly opened last year at all. The buffet breakfast is pretty good, included in the hotel price, and the price-performance ratio is okay. After checking in, a robot delivered fruit, the service was pretty good, and the facilities in the room were complete. It's just that it's recommended not to expose the towels, and vacuum packaging is better. The network wifi signal is very poor. Even if I connected it in time, I couldn't open the web page on my iPad, and I couldn't use the screen projection function.

My reservation is staying for 2 nights, at the first night with terrible experience. (1. Assigned wrong a smoking floor which I had requested non smoking rooms and I had awake by smelling cigarette smoking at early morning 0630.)(2. Air Con malfunction with heat wind with 26 degrees whole night and the outside temperature is just 12 degrees. I have to turn off the air con to stop fresh air during the night.) (3. Shower water is suppling unstable water temperatures.)(4. TV is not working)(5. WiFi cannot be connected)(6. Gym open at 14:00-22:00 which might be satisfying the customer regular exercise in morning) But the next day, room changed and all services are satisfied. The hotel manager even open the gym for me in advance. Overall I am happy the management did very well with complain handling and recovery.

Among the many memories of the hotel, I was most impressed by him who showed us around the hotel with a golf cart on the first day. The sunset was beautiful, and it remained the most beautiful memory of this trip. We had a good stay. Huge traffic to get to the hotel we walked for over 1 hour as we were during national holidays. The staff was nice and polite 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The location is right next to the ticket office for the glass bridge and drifting . During the national holidays, the traffic can turn to a nightmare. Think twice and than take the risk. Enjoy the holidays ✅

Service here is good and the staffs are very attentive; the facilities, especially the hot spring area is good quality, great atmosphere in around the hotel and it’s exactly why I like the New world hotel brand. It’s a form of art. Some disappointment though as we were expecting a relaxing atmosphere during our stay, there’s actually a wedding function at the restaurant which makes it quite noisy through out our dinner.

This trip to Yingde was super satisfying. My parents were 100% satisfied. First of all, on the day of check-in, we were greeted at the front desk by the hotel’s senior housekeeper ~ Zheng Jun. He had a very good service attitude and took good care of the elderly. He answered all questions in detail. The old parents said they were very satisfied. The next day's breakfast was at Guanlu Western Restaurant. The breakfast variety was quite good and the taste was delicious. The restaurant employee, Tan Jinfeng, also had a very good service attitude. She was responsive to requests, talkative, good service, and enthusiastic to help. She recommended that we go to Beijiang Fishing Village for a set dinner. , the discount is practical, the taste is not bad, suitable for old parents. It rained that night, and the staff of the Chinese restaurant immediately called for a battery car to take the guests back to the hotel. They were more careful and the hotel staff were very nice. A great hotel, right next to Huanghua Town, seven or eight minutes away from Xiao Zhaozhou Bridge. There are many facilities in the hotel, including a gym, swimming pool, children's playroom, etc., and they are all free. The room is very clean and the bedding is good. Breakfast is okay, with about ten or twenty varieties. There are electric cars and bicycles for rent at the door of the hotel, which is convenient for traveling. There are also several restaurants nearby, which is also very convenient for eating.
