堵車原本準備改時間，最後還是努力趕過去了。酒店接待人很好，溝通清楚。
設施：設施齊全，小童玩的項目多；

度假村外部的環境是不錯的，這個是客觀事實，我們要肯定。但是衞生太糟糕了，一進房間就是一陣味道，地板還沒搞衞生，經過同酒店溝通，派了服務員過來重新拖了一次地。廁所浴室有大蜘蛛，洗手盤全是蚊子還是蟲子，分不清了，床墊讓也有洗手盤那種東西，太可怕了。並且在酒店餐廳吃飯的時候有個小插曲，我們18：20分左右點的菜，服務員在18：55分通知我們點的菜沒有了，箇中原因，衹有他們內部知道，但我們是眼見為實，我們不是**，把我們的菜給了一起來的兩三大桌子的客人。反正在35分鐘之後才通知我們，我們點的菜沒有，我是不能接受的，餐廳後來給我們打了9折，但這個不是打折可以解決的問題，是區別對待客人的問題，我必須寫在這裏讓攜程網加強對該酒店的監管及温馨提示各位親們，要去體驗得組個團去，要不然有可能明明有的菜，我們吃不上。我2號訂的房間是茗茶居的親子房，1220元，沒想到1220元的體驗是臟亂差，太難忘了👏
在國內出遊訂了那麼多不同的酒店，這是體驗最糟糕的，沒有之一。
