房間感覺很殘舊，而且打掃不乾淨！地方大但電池很少，例如我住08房每次走到電梯下去大堂都要走很遠，一點也不人性化

This vacation trip is full of five stars. We booked two room packages with dining and play coupons. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gyms, children's parks and other facilities are available for free. On the way to the hotel, we received the free travel photography service that Miss Anna at the front desk kindly booked for us. Each room was given five free photos, and a professional photographer followed us. In the past two days, Miss Zhang patiently helped us solve the problems and requests we raised, upgraded the room, and sent fruits. After entering the room, the beautiful lady in the housekeeping department brought children's shampoo and shower gel to the children, and the babies liked them both. The balcony of the room faces Lion Lake, the environment is comfortable and bright! The room is spacious and has complete daily necessities, but there is a little shortcoming that the toilet paper roll is thin and easy to break, and it has to be torn twice every time. This quality has lowered the grade of star-rated hotels. The comfort of the toothbrush also has room for improvement. The shower room in the swimming pool locker room drains slowly, and the dirty water on the ground quickly soaks the ankles when taking a bath. I hope these details can be improved. It's good to stay here for the past two days. The children like it very much and will come again in the future.

去之前來電詢問酒店的情況，很快就有酒店職員Dylan添加微信全程跟進。 九點半去吃早餐，人非常多，煎蛋檔、粉面檔、腸粉檔都供不應求堆滿了人在等。 除了早餐其餘部分都挺好的。特別推薦下圖的椰子凍，是現做的，需要等40分鐘左右。好多料，好好味。在大堂吧，晚上還有駐唱。酒店旁邊是別墅區，很安靜。 看了一下酒店吃的都不貴，在某點評上還有團購，下次再來試試。

房間空間寬敞，通風采光良好，設施齊全舒適，客房服務員服務周到。

環境很不錯，酒店Anan安排的房間也很好，體驗不錯可以二刷

非常滿意！大大給Dylan管家一個點贊👍提前一天瞭解清楚我們的需求，準備好嬰兒床，準備好酒店內遊樂門票，幫我們又調整好適合我們的家庭套間。入住後各類需求及時響應，還可以晚離開4小時，房卡送到我們吃飯的地方。讓帶嬰兒出來不會那麼手忙腳亂！非常棒的體驗，長者孩子都很開心 中餐廳價格實惠，飯菜也很好吃 最後的攝影拍攝的也很好看，給家庭一個美好的留念！

帶娃二刷獅子湖喜來登酒店了，感謝酒店和Anna幫我升級了房型，入住前聯繫Anna提的小要求和疑問都及時得到了回覆和滿足，很贊很貼心。 酒店送了五張旅拍，攝影師很耐心拍的也很棒！

發現寶藏啦！週末我帶倆寶寶，從深圳開車兩個小時到達，目的地實在是漂亮！接待我們的管家Dylan，熱情又貼心，全程照顧的都很好，免費升級了更美的湖景房，詳細介紹酒店遊玩攻略，美食推薦，真是個超級美好的人！朋友們來，找他幫忙，省心又愉快！ 房間很大，整潔乾淨，窗台正對獅子湖，滿目遼闊。孩子們都説好漂亮呀，看到他倆可愛的笑顏，這正是當媽媽最開心的事。就是要盡我所能，帶上寶寶們，山河浩瀚，多去看看！ 酒店環境超美，阿拉伯風格，一看到阿拉丁神燈，小寶立刻問，是阿里巴巴呀…吃的琳琅滿目，西餐廳中餐廳都有，給大家隨心選擇！遊樂場還有很多寶寶們愛玩的項目…… 記得這裏環境超級適合拍照的寶子們，記得拍照呀，因為真的太美太美啦
