We had a wonderful time staying at Zen Hotspring Retreat. The facilities were great and the breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations! We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend it for both couples and families.

The room is nice. The front desk service is also very friendly. There is a charging station at the door. It is also very convenient when the tram comes. The room is also very unique. They also opened a KTV for us to sing for free🎤The team building is first-class. Breakfast is also included. It is very cost-effective.

When we went there, it was back to the south. The lady at noon had already turned on the dehumidifier, so the room was very comfortable, but the quilt had a little damp smell~ In the afternoon, I played mahjong in the entertainment room, and in the evening, I took a hot spring bath. It was a big pool and very comfortable~

Nice decoration, comfortable environment, not noisy and quiet, and there are many entertainment facilities. The KTV sound quality is good. The breakfast is also ok. The hot spring has three pools of water, which is great. I hope to come again with my family next time.

Later, when she arrived, she said she felt very warm as soon as she entered the room. She must be warm because she was wearing so many clothes... In this kind of weather, don't think that people have never stayed in a hotel and turned on the heating. Normal heating can be worn in the room with a short-sleeved shirt... The front desk feels warm, so it's warm...😅 It's cold to wear a sweater on the first floor... I had no choice but to sleep in the attic. Service: As soon as I entered the room, I asked the front desk to help me get disposable slippers. She said she would ask the aunt to give it to us. Okay, we will wait. As a result, she didn't come after waiting for more than 10 minutes, so I went to the front desk to get it myself. It was almost more than an hour after I woke up that the aunt brought the slippers😅 It's very funny. Only two bottles of water are provided, and you can buy them yourself later.

I really want to know what kind of ghost I live in the 700 yuan room. It's just like the shabby house in my own country. There is only a broken bed and a pool. The photos are really deceptive! The attitude of the waiter is terrible. He kept knocking on the door at 12 noon to urge me to check out. I clearly checked out at 2 o'clock, but he urged me to check out at 12 o'clock... Very rude! Very suitable for family activities. The sweet potatoes and soy milk for breakfast taste good. There is a billiard room, mahjong table, and KTV room, but unfortunately I didn't have time to use them. There are also disposable toothbrushes for children, which is very considerate. The sink is a bit low, and it is tiring for adults to wash. I will come again if I have the chance.

The B&B is very good. There is a different world after entering. The backyard is very large, with all kinds of recreational facilities, KTV, billiards, and a children's playground. I have to say that the KTV effect is quite good. The swimming pool is also quite large, but it was quite cold this time and the swimming pool was not in operation. The food ordered by the boss was also delicious and the price was OK. Overall, it was pretty good, mainly because the boss was good. I accidentally left something at the hotel, and the boss took the initiative to call to confirm and help mail it. Thumbs up, I have recommended it to my relatives, and I will definitely stay here again when I come to Qingyuan in the future.

The hostel is very clean, but the quilt and pillowcases are a bit old. I also suggest that the store use disposable face towels and bath towels, which are cleaner and more hygienic. I was woken up by bats at around 5 a.m., and the sound was so loud that I thought it was a mouse. I suggest that the store can hang some warning signs in the hostel so that I don’t think it’s a large mouse. The decoration is very good, the private bathing pool of the accommodation is very clean, and the balance between privacy and outdoor environment is also relatively good, so there is no worry when bathing! I have recommended it to my friends, and I hope it will get better and better!
