這個酒店真的超級贊，在清遠周邊很適合帶小朋友出來玩的地方，🏪周邊：溯溪和漿板小朋友都玩的很盡興 🧡服務：酒店有很多的小活動，遇上下雨也不會覺得無聊，也很喜歡酒店的裝修風格，乾淨簡單

酒店設計還可以，很舒服，園區裏面還有圖書館，小朋友在裏面可以玩一下午，雨後的由心谷空氣清新，很悠靜，我們中午從清遠出發，半個小時就到了，提前讓小姐姐幫我們安排房間，玩的很放鬆

設施：該有的都有，浴缸啥的都不錯
衞生：正常，灰塵比較多，蚊蟲比較多
環境：靠近由心谷的各種設施
服務：晚上搞了個攤位，那個男的套圈圈一直在磨洋工，本身沒啥娛樂活動，就小朋友圖個樂，搞得好像別人四薅羊毛一樣，既然辦了就辦好點，不要一心想着早點下班，少發幾個圈好像可以省下幾百萬似的

本來看見評分心裏是打退堂鼓的，但是想玩溯溪附近離得比較近的酒店衹有這家，還可以呀，房間裏面還是非常乾淨的，酒店服務人員態度親切，我們提的需求能夠及時做到及時迴應，能感受到在服務方面是花了心思的，還可以玩兒水，夏天來清涼解暑。

酒店的環境真的很美，在由心谷裏面，一進來就有種度假的感覺。我在網上看到有充電樁，開電車很方便，房間寬敞明亮，視野開闊，晚上的睡眠質量特別好。酒店的設施都很新，用起來很順手。早餐味道很好，整體來説，這次入住非常滿意。希望酒店多出點活動
