This stay was excellent. We upgraded to a river view room, which faces the river, has beautiful views and complete facilities. The hotel service is thoughtful and meticulous, and Ms. Zhang is warm and friendly, and very professional. The dining options are rich and varied, with high quality to meet all tastes. The environment and service are very good, breakfast is not bad. The only bad thing is that the room does not know what the problem is. From the middle of the night, I was bitten by some unknown bug. I was itchy until I fell asleep in the middle of the night. I didn’t beat me. A family of three called itchy. I slept alone. The most itchy bed is me. Look at this after I checked out today... It collapsed.

This Fujing Hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I dare not say it is comparable to four-star or five-star hotels, but the price is very cost-effective. I have stayed here several times. It is cost-effective. The room I booked is a Delicate King Room. It was booked through Ctrip. There is a room upgrade service. The front desk did not take the initiative to upgrade me. After I asked for a higher floor, they asked me if I had stayed there before. I said I had stayed there several times. They asked me for a good review. I said yes. They only gave me a room on the 10th floor (the lowest floor for this room type). I am not satisfied with this. Since I promised to give a good review, I still gave it all five stars. I am satisfied with everything else, including the location, hygiene, parking, especially the toilet. The faucet is Kohler, which is really rare at this price. The noodles for breakfast are good. I measured the noise at night. Although it is close to the road, the sound insulation is good when the windows are closed.

My reservation is staying for 2 nights, at the first night with terrible experience. (1. Assigned wrong a smoking floor which I had requested non smoking rooms and I had awake by smelling cigarette smoking at early morning 0630.)(2. Air Con malfunction with heat wind with 26 degrees whole night and the outside temperature is just 12 degrees. I have to turn off the air con to stop fresh air during the night.) (3. Shower water is suppling unstable water temperatures.)(4. TV is not working)(5. WiFi cannot be connected)(6. Gym open at 14:00-22:00 which might be satisfying the customer regular exercise in morning)
But the next day, room changed and all services are satisfied. The hotel manager even open the gym for me in advance.
Overall I am happy the management did very well with complain handling and recovery.

HHettyLiangBooked a king-size room and a twin-size room. Both are on the 8th floor. The king-size room is close to the road, and the soundproofing is not good. You can hear the car noise even if you close the window in the middle of the night. The twin-size room is not close to the road, very quiet, but there are mosquitoes in the middle of the night. The carpet in the room is a bit old, and other facilities are OK. There is a laundry room on the 8th floor, which is quite convenient.
The buffet breakfast has more than a dozen varieties, the taste is average, and you can eat enough. The only drinks are coconut milk, soy milk, and lemonade. There is no coffee, which is quite disappointing. The auntie who collects breakfast tickets has a bad attitude. There are parking spaces in front and behind the hotel. But when we came back at 11 o'clock in the evening, the uncle said that there was only one parking space left, and helped us unlock the parking space lock. Thank you very much uncle. If you encounter a day with high occupancy rate, there may not be enough parking spaces.

The sunset was beautiful, and it remained the most beautiful memory of this trip. My fisrt impression when I just arrived here was the cleanliness of this hotel , I have been staying in so many hotels around China ,but this tooks our hearth . the room is supper big and not smelly , it's looks like a small appartment that has everything in it , the view from the balcony is incredible as you can see the mountains around you , also the weather is so clean especially for those who suffer from air polluted cities , with all this the breakfast was delecious as you have the right to choose between the Chinese breakfast and western one , what a combination between the two , breakfast starts at 9:00 an until 10:00 am . the city is really beautiful as we had the chance to visit Gulongxia Glass Grand Canyon which only 5km away from the hotel , that places is just amazing and it's definelty worth visit , I advice to visit this place when it's sunny . All in all , if I had the chance to visit this city I would definitely stay in this hotel again .also it's super convenient ,see you in the near future .

CCarelThe room is quite nice and modern actually, although quite small. Especially like that the basin is outside of the toilet and there is ample space to put toiletries and cosmetics. Only thing I dislike is the door stopper is right there, my leg knock on it a few times, just need to be wary. The mirror light above the basin is touch screen, very cool. Shower pressure is good and bed is comfy but the storage space is minimum, just a steel cupboard. The view of gulong xia is magnificent, though certain things are man made but it is all done so beautifully, prepare to take lots of pictures around the hotel. The tourist attraction is right next door, unfortunately they stop rafting at this season, but u can still enjoy the mega waterfall and walking the glass bridge, view is magnificent. I went to the hot spring he zong wen quan recommended by the hotel receptionist, far away from the hotel but the place is so surreal and beautiful. Breakfast is just the minimal but good enough to feel the empty stomach. I have good memory of gulong xia.

KKimberlybbThe travelling experience in xilegu was complicated. Some aspects were excellence with some areas to be improved. Service was good. Our family had fun in circus performance though the scale was small and without safety measures. Breakfast buffet food was good. Hotspring was fine and water park hygiene can be better especially the water quality. The pool floor was full of subtle tiles due to lack of maintenance. Accommodation was good and spacious with private hotspring. The staff kept reminding to leave a comment which is very detailed mind.

GGuest UserThe room was small and it had obviously been smoked in, in the past. But it was good enough for what I needed. The price I got the room for was very good in my mind. The staff don't know English, but they are helpful and willing to try to get things worked out. I will say that the room had numerous potential ”OCD Triggers.” Like the light switches that couldn't be adjusted so they all pointed the same way or the useless doorstop.
If you step out of the hotel and turn left, there is a nice restaurant on the corner that the hotel recommended to me. If you are looking for vegetarian options, simply continue in that direction for a few blocks and look for a small restaurant that advertises healthy options. So I can say that the location is near some good food options. Also, if you continue in that direction you will find a lovely park next to the river. It is a great place to take a walk.

OOopotatooWe went the day before the hotel got flooded, so we managed to enjoy 2 days of swimming around the hotel lanes which was really fun! Unlimited swimming, hot springs and sauna. Although you’re not allowed to use any of these if there’s a thunderstorm so keep an eye out for the weather.
The hotel should’ve warned the guests of flooding, or cancelled the rooms for guests’ safety, which was definitely a mistake on their part. However the staff response after the flooding was fantastic, they all kept calm and friendly despite many angry guests (which was to be expected as many had their cars destroyed). They were in the same situation as we were, trapped in the hotel lobby for days without power, but still tried their best to help the guests out as much as they could.

GGuest UserThe beds are all 1.5m in size, the beds are clean, and the toilet facilities are relatively simple and personally acceptable. The balcony is definitely a highlight, you can enjoy the view and the sunrise while having a cup of tea. The boss and the proprietress are a young couple, hospitable, kind service, and the boss’s home cooking is good! The green vegetables that I grow myself are also great.
The homestays in Yaozhai are suitable for tourists who pursue tranquility, intimacy and nature, and it feels like returning to their hometown in the country.
It would be even better if it were more refined.
