My reservation is staying for 2 nights, at the first night with terrible experience. (1. Assigned wrong a smoking floor which I had requested non smoking rooms and I had awake by smelling cigarette smoking at early morning 0630.)(2. Air Con malfunction with heat wind with 26 degrees whole night and the outside temperature is just 12 degrees. I have to turn off the air con to stop fresh air during the night.) (3. Shower water is suppling unstable water temperatures.)(4. TV is not working)(5. WiFi cannot be connected)(6. Gym open at 14:00-22:00 which might be satisfying the customer regular exercise in morning)
But the next day, room changed and all services are satisfied. The hotel manager even open the gym for me in advance.
Overall I am happy the management did very well with complain handling and recovery.

The room is very cost-effective, the European design is also good, the 2-meter bed is very large and suitable for a family of three 👪, the buffet breakfast is also good, although there are fewer choices, but they are all appetizing 😁 By the way, after checking out, they called to say that we forgot to take a piece of clothing, and helped to send it back, thumbs up 👍

This Fujing Hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I dare not say it is comparable to four-star or five-star hotels, but the price is very cost-effective. The service is very thoughtful, the room is comfortable and clean, I have stayed here two or three times on business trips, I recommend it

The location is relatively remote, and the surrounding environment is not very friendly. There are no restaurants and shopping, mostly lubricant stores.
The view from the upper floors is average.
The wall above the TV in the room has obvious water seepage or something causing bulges.
The carpet in the lobby is very dirty. It doesn't look like it was newly opened last year at all.
The buffet breakfast is pretty good, included in the hotel price, and the price-performance ratio is okay. After checking in, a robot delivered fruit, the service was pretty good, and the facilities in the room were complete. It's just that it's recommended not to expose the towels, and vacuum packaging is better.
The network wifi signal is very poor. Even if I connected it in time, I couldn't open the web page on my iPad, and I couldn't use the screen projection function.

Service here is good and the staffs are very attentive; the facilities, especially the hot spring area is good quality, great atmosphere in around the hotel and it’s exactly why I like the New world hotel brand. It’s a form of art.
Some disappointment though as we were expecting a relaxing atmosphere during our stay, there’s actually a wedding function at the restaurant which makes it quite noisy through out our dinner.

Traveling to Qingyuan with your family, the hotel is conveniently located, there is a direct bus at the door, and there are shopping malls, restaurants, parks and attractions nearby. The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are comfortable and clean, but the smoking room needs ventilation to remove the smell. Miss KK at the front desk is professional in service, patiently answering inquiries, and also provides some useful information such as local tourism and transportation. The family has had a relaxing holiday and will stay again next time.

Wonderful summertime trip! I’m a foreigner who lives in Guangzhou, and I went up for the weekend to escape the heat by the lake. The property is designed so that you do not need to leave for a 2-day, 1-night stay (everything you need and want is in the property). There’s two great pools (but a swim cap is needed), a mini-amusement park attached, hot springs, and a tea field that you can go visit. I did it all. I highly recommend paying the 50RMB at the tea field to go picking and tea tasting, super unique experience. The room was comfy with good AC.

The room was equipped with all the essential amenities, including a reliable air conditioning system, a cozy bed, and a nice shower room. Moreover, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and politeness shown by the receptionists; their assistance was invaluable. I absolutely recommend Atour Qingyuan hotel to anyone visiting this city.

AAsh & MedsOur stay at the Sheraton Lion Lake Hotel can be summarised in one word, disappointing.
I believe this was/has the potential to be a lovely hotel to visit. The hotel and its grounds are massive, however, most areas are closed and there is a general feeling of abandonment. Fountains and water features are empty, shops closed, grass is overgrown and facilities a little dated and tired. The indoor pool and one of the restaurants were closed and the outdoor pool was not very clean.
What it did have was excellent customer service, the Moroccan theme was very cool and the rooms overlooking the lake were clean and had a lovely balcony.
Overall, not worth the money. If you are looking for a base to sight-see Qingyuan, there are much cheaper hotels around and if you are wanting to enjoy a staycation this will be a disappointment.

Llpmm27This is my first time staying at this hotel. I have always stayed at the Garden Hotel next door. The price is quite favorable, but the service is really poor. Before checking in, I had communicated with the platform many times, hoping to get a room with the same size and layout as the pictures shown in the hotel. The hotel agreed, but when I went to the front desk to check in, it said there was no such room type? A room of less than 10 square meters was arranged. After reluctantly checking in, we contacted the Ctrip platform. After the platform communicated on our behalf, the hotel agreed to change rooms for us (a special thank you to Ctrip customer service for solving the problem very quickly and thoughtfully). This thing makes me feel that it is quite a loss. Although there is a room, I am not allowed to check in, and I am tormenting the customers. After checking in, we were given a room close to the elevator. It was very noisy when they were coaxing you in the middle of the night, so I couldn’t sleep well!

KKimberlybbThe travelling experience in xilegu was complicated. Some aspects were excellence with some areas to be improved. Service was good. Our family had fun in circus performance though the scale was small and without safety measures. Breakfast buffet food was good. Hotspring was fine and water park hygiene can be better especially the water quality. The pool floor was full of subtle tiles due to lack of maintenance. Accommodation was good and spacious with private hotspring. The staff kept reminding to leave a comment which is very detailed mind.

GGuest UserThe hotel is just behind the p2 parking lot in Huangtengxia. You can park the car in the bathroom and walk over. It is very close. The external environment is very good. The stream next to it can play in the water. The environment is similar to ordinary homestays. The boss is very enthusiastic, there is a place to eat inside, the dishes are OK, the only downside is that the restaurant does not have air conditioning.

OOopotatooWe went the day before the hotel got flooded, so we managed to enjoy 2 days of swimming around the hotel lanes which was really fun! Unlimited swimming, hot springs and sauna. Although you’re not allowed to use any of these if there’s a thunderstorm so keep an eye out for the weather.
The hotel should’ve warned the guests of flooding, or cancelled the rooms for guests’ safety, which was definitely a mistake on their part. However the staff response after the flooding was fantastic, they all kept calm and friendly despite many angry guests (which was to be expected as many had their cars destroyed). They were in the same situation as we were, trapped in the hotel lobby for days without power, but still tried their best to help the guests out as much as they could.

GGuest UserThe room was small and it had obviously been smoked in, in the past. But it was good enough for what I needed. The price I got the room for was very good in my mind. The staff don't know English, but they are helpful and willing to try to get things worked out. I will say that the room had numerous potential ”OCD Triggers.” Like the light switches that couldn't be adjusted so they all pointed the same way or the useless doorstop.
If you step out of the hotel and turn left, there is a nice restaurant on the corner that the hotel recommended to me. If you are looking for vegetarian options, simply continue in that direction for a few blocks and look for a small restaurant that advertises healthy options. So I can say that the location is near some good food options. Also, if you continue in that direction you will find a lovely park next to the river. It is a great place to take a walk.

GGuest UserVery helpful and friendly hosts. Location is almost at the top of the Yao Village, close to the temple and 50m from the street walking up to the temple. With the help of our hosts we found it without problems. You have to park the car at the parking lot of the village and then walk up the hill on the main stoneway. With every step you take uphill, you feel more and more the charm of this village and its people. You feel like in a past century. And as you are walking uphill and turn to see the beautiful scenery, you will wish to stay more time. This is the place to forget about stress at work and the noise of big cities. Here you can relax and fill up your batteries.
We booked a basic room with a small bathroom, what was enough for us for 1 night. But you have to get used to the chinese toilets. The view from the balcony was absolutly beautiful. The hosts have a small restaurant across the street and you can order from your room and enjoy the tasty food on the balcony. If you have enough time, stay at least 1 night. You will not regret. One of our favourite villages in China.
