The Heart Courtyard Hotel

Great! The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The little parrot even said hello! The owner and front desk staff were warm and attentive.

Facilities: The bed was too uncomfortable; I suggest the hotel add a mattress. I woke up twice in the early morning, very tired, without noticing, and then suddenly felt a sharp pain on my back from the bed. The bed quality is average. The parking lot in the backyard is nice. Cleanliness: The shower head type is unique. When I checked in and wanted to shower, I found the small shower head was broken. The front desk knew it was broken but didn't fix it, and didn't mention it during check-in, which is a matter of attitude. The bathroom occasionally had a slight odor. Environment: Convenient transportation, located on a relatively quiet side of the old town. Service: The breakfast selection is limited, more suited to northern tastes. I ate quite a bit; the vegetable buns were a plus. I suggest adding some raw vegetables (with salad dressing). The platform's current recommendation and ranking mechanism doesn't reflect hotel quality; it's inconsistent. Prices were significantly inflated during the National Day holiday, making it difficult to discern weekday quality. Even at the Jinzhou Desibao Hotel, although relatively new, the service still has considerable room for improvement.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The hotel is located within the ancient city, not far from the North Gate, making it convenient to access by car. It also has its own parking lot in the backyard, which is rare in the ancient city. The staff are warm and welcoming. The breakfast is quite plentiful. There are many restaurants within the ancient city; if you are concerned about prices, it is more convenient to dine outside the South Gate.
