The location of the hotel is very good, the staff is friendly & easy check in, but need to take care of cleaning on rooms and public areas as well.

Actually cleaning service was not good. But i like the location. its so near shore. I like it by the way.

Then the taxi driver said that I would be in violation of the traffic rules if I turned left, and I won't charge you for this order, so you can get off here! We were left on the side of the road. On July 29, the weather was hot and stuffy, and our family was waiting on the side of the road. Then I communicated with the hotel again. This time a man answered the phone, probably the boss or something like that. I asked if I couldn't turn left on this road, and if there was another way. Then he didn't listen to anything you said, and told you that you can turn left. Then I quarreled with him, and I couldn't stand it anymore. Finally, under my strong request, he drove to pick us up. After meeting, there was no apology or concern. He was still very angry and kept emphasizing that our hotel did not have the service of picking up guests, and he actually wanted to cancel my booking for me. Then I firmly stated that you can't cancel our accommodation, and then his arrogance eased. When I got to the hotel, I asked who hung up our phone just now. At this time, another woman, who should be the boss's wife, said very impolitely that no one hung up your phone, and you asked us to pick you up, and we also answered it, and still emphasized that you can turn left at that intersection. I said, your front desk personally communicated with the traffic police and clearly stated that you can't turn left. Then she said, then if you are not satisfied, you can complain. I said don't worry, I will definitely! Check in, the window of the room we were assigned for the first time was broken. When we opened the door, there were workers repairing it. We waited for more than ten minutes, and the air conditioner could not be turned on without repairing it. We asked them to change the room again. Then the picture below is the sanitation of the room after we officially checked in. It is very poor, and the facilities are very simple. It is called a hotel, but it is actually a homestay, but it does not have the affinity of a homestay. The only real thing is that it is very close to the beach, only one road. Apart from that, there are no advantages. We originally checked in for three days and two nights, but because of these unpleasant things, and the service, hygiene, and environment were indeed too poor, we checked out after only one night. The experience is very poor, and it affects the mood very much. Everyone goes out to play for fun. In fact, it is a very simple thing. Your hotel has been opened in that location. You should know the traffic conditions. The hotel should explain it to the guests, instead of thinking that the customers have too many things to do and are irresponsible from the boss to the front desk clerk. In the past few years, I come to the Coastline Hotel almost every April to stay for two days and play at Tiger Rock Beach. There is a Coastline Hotel next to it, and the beach is just outside the door. It is very convenient to eat, stay and watch the sea. In the past, you had to set up a tent in the special tent area near the road, but this year I see that no one cares. You can set up a tent anywhere on the beach, watch the sea, feed the seagulls near Tiger Rock Park, fly kites, and just relax for two days at the beach!

The environment is very beautiful, the room is clean, the front desk service is very good, the facilities are complete, and it is close to the beach. You can see the sea from the window. I like it very much. I have recommended it to my friends
