The room was comfortable and the provided hair and skin products were great. However there are no English channels to choose from and the bar at the top was under construction although we did not see any notices saying that it was closed. The main issue we have with this hotel is that they would not hold our luggage for more than 2 hours and we had to pay to have late checkout... which was a prorated price of the room. The hotel was empty and our train was not until the evening. The lobby is small and multiple times other guests would be sleeping on the couches. And the convenience store is locked and you have to scan using WeChat and enter in personal information to buy anything. And then you have to use the system to unlock the door so that you can get out... I stayed at this hotel last year and really liked it. But I plan to stay across the street from now on because the hotel service here was so poor and it seemed like they had never had foreign guest (they couldn't read the passport information or Chinese visa for whatever form they needed to complete). The hotel was much better last year.

It was my husband birthday and booked Shangri-la, It was very clean and have a stunning view. The room has a nice smell. The reception was very cheerful, and they all could speak English. I requested a birthday theme for my husband's birthday and they designed the room with some towel, also send a free cake and red wine. ( I have to mention, Thank you dears) The breakfast was very delicious. We also tried the Buffet dinner one night, it was very delicious with both choices Chinese and Western. The swimming pool was clean.

Great new hotel. Located in the first row at the beach. Wonderful infinity pool in 11th floor on the roof. But unfortunately only open from 18:00-21:00. Would be better to open it Fortbewegung whole day. The bar, connected to the infinity pool is amazing. Thanks to Danny, our great Bar manager and tender!!!! We have had really a lot of fun with you. The rooms are spacy and modern. For foreigners it would be better to have more information and e.g. menue list in English.

I recently stayed at a hotel with my daughter and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The breakfast provided was poor in terms of variety, same menu everyday. They put water in orange juice when it was run out. However, the location of the hotel was excellent, as it was conveniently situated near the beach and not far from railway station. On the downside, the room size was incredibly small. Considering these factors, I believe that this hotel did not live up to its 4-star rating and would not recommend it for a luxurious stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. The location is convenient and it’s easy to get around. The room was great and the breakfast was amazing, western and Chinese food. They also have dinner a really good dinner buffet too. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Special Thanks to Joey, the receptionist. He spoke English really well and he was really friendly and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to have great time in Beidaihe.

The smart facilities are in place and easy to use. The location is relatively convenient. It should be in the center of Beidaihe District. There are many chain fast food restaurants nearby and parking is available in the courtyard. The bathroom is a bit small and the sound insulation effect is not good.

Highly recommend! The most convenient location in Qinhuangdao, you can walk to the beach, shopping mall, restaurants, university and have easy access to nearby Beidaihe, Nandaihe or even Anaya. Check-in was simple, the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was large, clean with a beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast is also available at the hotel. It is very close to Qinhuangdao Railway Station. The room is clean and hygienic, but the sound of sewer water running at night is loud, and it is a bit noisy when the bathroom door is closed. The pillow is a bit low, and my shoulders hurt when I sleep.
