I often travel with my family. I like to live in chain hotel apartments. I like to compare hotels. The hotel apartment rooms are much larger. There are also kitchenettes, refrigerators, and health is guaranteed. I feel at home. The bathroom is clean and tidy, very good. #The beauty at the front desk was very enthusiastic, and I upgraded the room. A very nice service, listening to guest’s need. Fruit plate every afternoon with delicious fruits. I asked and got room changed due to noise and smell from kitchen. Also agreed to checkout 2 hours later than regular checkout time.

Check out from Aranya and go to Qinhuangdao Station to take the train. Because Aranya must check out before 11 o'clock, the park is more than an hour away from Qinhuangdao Railway Station. In order to make the child not too tired, I booked a single room in Qinhuangdao Junyu Hotel (can bring a child to stay), which is very close to Qinhuangdao Railway Station. I booked on Ctrip and can check in 4 hours in advance, that is, at 10 o'clock. Due to traffic jams on the road, I arrived at 12 noon and nearly 1 o'clock that day. Although the appearance and decoration of the hotel are quite old, the moment I checked into the room, I felt quite comfortable and warm. Although the room is not big, it is not crowded. There is a separate bathroom, wardrobe, water bar, TV cabinet, and writing desk. It is suitable for business trips and traveling alone with children to book this single room. I ordered 2 takeouts of lunch and fruit in the room, and they were delivered to the takeout point on the first floor (near the front desk), which is very fast and convenient. There is a swimming pool on the sixth floor of the hotel. Although the swimming pool is not big, the water in the shallow water area is very shallow and the water temperature is relatively high. It is very suitable for children to play in the water. There are also children taking swimming lessons. However, there is no air conditioning in the swimming pool, and only the windows were opened, which made it feel a little stuffy. There is a book bar on the second floor, but I didn't have time to go there. When I just checked in, the front desk lady Si Rui sent me a brief introduction to the hotel and explained the location of the swimming pool, book bar, and self-service laundry room, which was very considerate. I only stayed in Junyu for a few hours because I was catching a train. I will stay for a few more days next time if I have the chance. Although I have stayed in luxury hotels and popular B&Bs, Junyu gave me a very friendly and cost-effective feeling. If you come to Qinhuangdao city to play, it is a good choice and deserves praise.

The hotel is very conveniently located to the beach and still close the city. Lao Long Tou was a 30 minute taxi ride. Whilst the restaurant is tasty, it caters for Chinese and western cuisine is limited. Not a problem if you enjoy Chinese cuisine :)

This room is really comfortable, every corner is clean and tidy, making people feel the warmth of home as soon as they enter the door. The short distance from the train station makes travel extremely convenient, saving a lot of time whether it is business travel or sightseeing. Moreover, the air conditioning in the room is very effective, and you can feel the slightest coolness in the hot summer, making people forget about the scorching heat outside. good choice

The room was comfortable and the provided hair and skin products were great. However there are no English channels to choose from and the bar at the top was under construction although we did not see any notices saying that it was closed. The main issue we have with this hotel is that they would not hold our luggage for more than 2 hours and we had to pay to have late checkout... which was a prorated price of the room. The hotel was empty and our train was not until the evening. The lobby is small and multiple times other guests would be sleeping on the couches. And the convenience store is locked and you have to scan using WeChat and enter in personal information to buy anything. And then you have to use the system to unlock the door so that you can get out... I stayed at this hotel last year and really liked it. But I plan to stay across the street from now on because the hotel service here was so poor and it seemed like they had never had foreign guest (they couldn't read the passport information or Chinese visa for whatever form they needed to complete). The hotel was much better last year.

It was my husband birthday and booked Shangri-la, It was very clean and have a stunning view. The room has a nice smell. The reception was very cheerful, and they all could speak English. I requested a birthday theme for my husband's birthday and they designed the room with some towel, also send a free cake and red wine. ( I have to mention, Thank you dears) The breakfast was very delicious. We also tried the Buffet dinner one night, it was very delicious with both choices Chinese and Western. The swimming pool was clean.
