不愧為國賓館，環境，硬件，軟件都非常棒。進入國賓館如同走進花園，鬱鬱葱葱，滿目綠植紅花，空氣中飄盪着陣陣沁人心脾的清香。房間比較寬敞，床品浴缸沙發書桌等設施齊全，更有室外温泉，雖然從房間去有一點點距離，但水温正好，水質微鹹，應為天然地下水。服務人員彬彬有禮，環境衞生乾淨。酒店提供的園內電瓶車服務更應點贊，隨叫隨到。另外，早餐非常豐盛，品種多樣。總之，這是一個來了還想再來的高檔酒店。

朋友一起來海南玩，入住了博鰲國賓館，體驗堪稱完美，賓館建築大氣又不失典雅，園林景觀層次豐富，一步一景，充滿了南國風情。前台辦理入住的速度很快，工作人員態度熱情，還貼心介紹了各項設施。
房間寬敞明亮，佈置温馨，床品舒適，細節之處盡顯品質。窗外就是美麗的景色，讓人心情愉悦。餐飲方面更是出色，既有當地特色美食，又有精緻的粵菜，食材新鮮，烹飪入味。
休閑設施也很齊全，健身房器材新，游泳池水質清澈。而且，這裏的會議設施完備，服務周到，會議期間的一切需求都能及時得到滿足。無論是商務出行還是度假休閑，博鰲國賓館都是絕佳選擇，強烈推薦。
特別是服務員王麗婷，服務熱情，好評！

酒店內外的環境都好。房間設施能正常使用，清潔做得不錯。工作人員熱情，態度好。餐廳的糟粕醋火鍋套餐好吃，除了牛肉丸其它的都吃光了，但可能最近住的人不多，蝦都不新鮮了。其它菜不錯，吃了四頓。

訂的5號樓。就在大堂樓上。畢竟是國賓館，樓道房間修的大氣。床和被子很舒服。房間配了加濕器。臨走時充電插頭忘記帶來，發現後馬上來電話提醒取回。服務員很熱情周到。不足之處是酒店晚餐，點的251雙人套餐。裏有咕咾肉，用的是小酥肉和番茄醬。兩個涼菜也就是個湊數。不該是這個酒店的水平。游泳池很小沒水。温泉很小

酒店環境很好，設施齊全，服務滿分，非常好，前台小羅，小迪服務熱情周到，主動幫忙提東西升級房間，服務貼心，配得上這個星級。
不過設施有點舊了，空調不能制熱，衞生也可以再好些
