it is very inconvenient was it was carbon free, petrol car not able to drive in, waiting buggy wasted time. and very inconvenient when we carry many stuff.

Bonnie was extremely helpful and made sure everything run smoothly, if you’re an English speaker, you need to connect with her. The hot springs are great, the hotel clean but there were a number of staff members in the restaurant and bar coughing and sniffling which was off putting.

Located on an isolated island with a good omen of “鳌”. Nice experience staying there with the remarkable views all around the island.
The staff from the golf club were very rude not allowing visitors walk on the wooden walkway during the entire daytime for some bureaucratic and prerogative reasons which were non-transparent and unacceptable.
The food and services were at average level comparing with others.

這次去博鰲住了2晚東嶼島酒店和1晚亞論，雖然東嶼島比亞論便宜200，但是體驗感非常好，第一天添加了“Nancy”管家，諮詢了不少事情。其次不管是門衞還是禮賓都很有禮貌熱情，跟亞論大酒店是不一樣的（亞論冷漠又態度不好）。環境很安靜，設備也是新的！強推
