服務真的很好，我有些特殊小要求，前台都很認真的幫我處理，整體體驗很好。地理位置就在海邊，海的故事就在對面，他在別墅居住區裏，都是一棟棟的好幾間房這種，所以很適合一大家子或者朋友們一塊搞一棟住住

酒店在別墅區，環境優美，房間乾淨衞生，附近吃飯特別方便，看海走路兩三分鐘過馬路就是。工作人員服務熱情周到，還帶孩子體驗了摘椰子🥥魚療，孩子玩的很開心。

服務還是很熱情的很不錯的，就是第一天到店辦理入住前台沒人聯繫不上有點不好，建議辦理入住和退房的標識弄更加清晰，且留員工值班，第一印象還是很重要的。
設施和酒店共用，但這邊住宿條件相對好點，特別是浴缸大露台房，浴缸和露台都很大。一棟棟小別墅裏面，親子家庭還能湊在一樓客廳看電視。
早餐略簡單，環境確實有點老舊，海南粉好吃。最讚的還是免費下午茶和親子活動，講解椰子知識和指導爬椰子樹的員工特別熱情，這是我們會考慮再來的原因之一。
客棧位置也是很好，走出去就是海灘喝網紅餐廳，日落超美的。

初印象：一進到博鰲詩屋，濃厚的詩書氣息便向我撲面而來，管家的熱情招待更讓我感受到海南的熱情。
環境：酒店離海邊很近，步行沒有多遠就能到海邊，附近吃喝玩樂也都應有盡有。
房間：打掃的很乾凈，進了房間彷彿有回到家的親切感，設施應有盡有，進房間之前空調已經調整好温度，舒適，自在。
總結：意猶未盡。是一次完美的居住體驗，之後如果有機會一定會再來這邊。
