房間很好，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，超出預期，還免費送兩張浴票，洗去一路疲憊，尤其是一樓大廳負責換鞋的大哥，服務熱情周到，感覺賓至如歸，讓人如沐春風，衝著這位大哥的服務，如果再去齊齊哈爾，我還來這裏下榻，贊👍

首先前台收錢的態度極差 癟這個嘴不知道在給誰擺臉子 問兩句接着不耐煩不知道在裝什麼 搞得好像人人都願意來你家一樣 其次定了個三個小時的鐘點房打算洗個澡 附近幾家酒店都滿房了 不得已拉着箱子走了十幾分鍾才來 來了之後告知我們定的有窗的標準間已經沒房了（從未提前告知沒法定）我們衹以為沒有窗户便同意了 沒想到上去發現沒有淋浴？？？！？ 其次他家標準間未註明沒有浴室 甚至還標註了有浴室有獨立衞生間 其次 更換無窗大床房後也未告知沒有淋浴 看了評論以為可以去一樓澡堂免費洗 結果仍收取門票費 並且收錢的那女的依舊不耐煩 態度極差 仍然不知道在吊什麼 不耐煩地説你們這鐘點房沒法免費洗 呵呵 澡堂洗漱用品皆無 設施舊 差 亂 臟 避雷吧

房間挺大，通風不暢，屋子和走廊裏有股黴味，廁所偶爾反味。隔音很差，走廊裏或者隔壁屋説話都能聽得很清楚。經常有人在走廊抽煙，弄得屋子裡都是煙味。地毯很臟，好像沒有被打掃過。來的時候看到枕頭罩子沒被換過，白布上全是黃色的汗漬，頓時覺得噁心。衞生紙給得一卷很少，根本不夠用，每天都要跟客房服務要兩卷。
