房間温馨舒適，很暖和，開35度製冷睡的😂語音燈光系統很智能，娃很喜歡那個送餐機器人。 服務貼心熱情，有求必應非常耐心！前台接待我們的是黃女士和李女士，全程遇到的服務人員和客房人員也都很nice，客房如果能按照人數準備毛巾拖鞋更好，因為收走了小童拖鞋沒得穿還得麻煩前台，但最重要的是前台特意送來小拖鞋，還表示了歉意很難得，我認為遇到問題不可怕，有去解決問題的態度，就一切都不是問題～ 接送機服務的大叔也是幫忙拿行李，雖然離高鐵和機場都很近打車也花不了多少錢，但有了酒店的接送機，整體感受就非常舒適！（小建議：希望酒店可以在預約好接機時，系統可以把大叔電話發一下，雖然大叔很準時接送，但一開始我們不知道就有些忐忑，再聯繫大叔還得找前台就有些麻煩） 酒店出門左拐有家涮肉，經濟實惠好吃服務好，還有烤肉飛鶴冰淇淋等等。非常方便 洗衣房三洗三烘大號的洗衣機，配有消毒液等等，就不用把臟衣服都揹回家了很方便 最後送了伴手禮，正好連住加兩個娃，多送了小玩具，太滿意了 前台也很敬業介紹了華住會的會員方式（非推銷），以後出行會更多考慮，她們的職業素養為品牌增光

I am very happy. I stayed in this whole season and I still like the whole season as always. Because I took the children and applied for the house upgrade with the front desk lady, they helped coordinate successfully. 5 of us lived next door, breakfast was good, and overall it was very intimate. Will live next time! The next day we visited the zoo and took a bath. The zoo is especially recommended. It is interactive. The hotel is not far from the zoo. I am really happy!
