CATASTROPHIC!! Hotel policy that check in is at 2pm. The rooms were not ready by 2pm. Waited in the lobby but was more like a sauna as the AC did not even work. Plug sockets are hanging out the walls as well very dangerous! The room smells & v dirty! Carpet is filthy. Many in our group had the same issue. We have a room of 5 but there’s only 3 drinking glasses?! Not much food choice. Poor wifi. Rude staff. Sink in the bathroom is coming off the wall. Cracks in the ceiling, which leaks water as well as the AC. Hotel is very run down - nothing like the promotional video. The door doesn’t even lock properly which is a basic thing. No idea how it claims 4 stars! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Perfect stay. It is said to be the mansion of the former Kazan Archduke, a very wonderful courtyard. The courtyard has its different beauty when the sunset is Xishan, the Huaqian, the moon star is rare or the morning light is slightly dewy.
We stayed in the suite, the space was large, there was an exclusive open lobby downstairs, and the main bedroom upstairs was a wide roof terrace, where I enjoyed the sunset.
The interior of the room retains the classic Persian charm (such as the bathroom with beautiful mosaic decoration) while being very modern and comfortable. The bedding and spare parts are excellent.
A fine breakfast buffet is served in another beautiful little courtyard.
Excellent service.
In short, it is perfect to combine tradition and modernity here, making us very full in Kashan. This is one of the most impressive hotels I have ever stayed in nearly 40 countries, and it is recommended.

The room is very small for two people. It is a very economical hotel. Hotels in Iran are not cheap. And the waiting time for check out is long. It is a bit unaccustomed to handing in the card and leaving. Breakfast is okay. The room facilities are very basic. Bath towels Very poor~ I had a flight at 10:45 pm and wanted to delay my check-out until 6 pm~ I asked for an additional fee of 60 US dollars, so there was no delay~ Generally speaking, it is convenient to fly~ Everything else is relatively average~ I recommend it for traveling in a hurry
