I know this is a popular destination and everybody wants to try it out. But do not stay more than one night. Literally nothing else to do other than the 4x4 tour. Bring your girlfriend/wife here, not a place to enjoy with children. More like a romantic one time experience type of thing. It has limited services, do not expect much. Hot water is limited, they charge you extra for everything, like even coffee or tea. They dont take your luggage, you literally do everything. It is because they dont have much staff, so I understand. Very friendly people though.

This hotel is the first hotel in terms of location in Vadi Rum, you can find it without getting tired, the cleanliness and room size are very good. The breakfast is very weak, I couldn't find anything to eat except omelette. Dinner is classic Bedouin style anyway. The surroundings are also nice, the staff is friendly.

This hotel is unique. I have a good stay. I felt safe the entire time. The foods was nice. If you want to avail any tours, no need for advance booking. You can arrange it in the reception. The staff and tour guide are nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

There was no evening activity.. you have to pay to look into the stars which i found pretty much trying to snitch money from tourists! So kinda boring and no life to the cam after you get in and take some photos!
Food was good tho! Staffs are friendly! Doms are good!
They just need to add some activities to their camp to make it lively otherwise people will not be coming back here or stay more than a night!

Beautiful environment, in the desert, good photos. Facilities in the tent are available but lack of maintenance, water pipes are clogged. Cold at night.

Good reception but the choice of tour manager was bad and room service was slow and there is no respect for the customer's time and room service was delayed and the guest's need for water was exploited and sold at a very high price (a small bottle of water is sold outside the building for 30 and inside the camp for 2 dinars).
