房子退房後收取的按金不退還，極其惡劣。直到自己查賬的時候才注意到。電話聯繫客服後終於退回按金了，前台在客人走之後完全不提醒，完全忘記錢就會一直吞在酒店那邊。

一般吧 訂了幾間一樣的價格房型都是隨機分配的感覺是看運氣入住運氣好就是正常房型運氣不好就是睡潮濕暗房……最後還是加錢換房了………
