我基本上不會給任何酒店差評的，是這個酒店真的氣到我了！我從來沒有住過那麼差的酒店！！環境差我都不説了 那個電梯真什麼人都有！！第一、我入住的時候 房間都沒有打掃就安排我入住？？我提着行李去到房間看到收拾房間的阿姨和我説怎麼被安排上來了呀 房間都還沒開始收拾 我剛在收拾您對面這個房間 然後説給我安排到對面去可以嗎 我説可以 但你需要叫你們前台上來送我房卡 我不會下去了！！進到房間這個床上是臟的 我問那個阿姨她説剛換的什麼的 可能床單沒洗乾淨吧？？我真的不知道説什麼了 這環境 反正我習慣出差帶一次性用品 你們後面要住的自己考慮吧 第二、酒店的馬桶坐墊壞的 無法固定想着鬆了想自己安裝上去結果？不可以 那我就去拿電話打給前台 結果電話是壞的…這設施？？我可以説什麼 開門出去看到搞衞生阿姨叫她處理 然後她弄不了就又安排人上門處理 住了兩天才知道里麪的燈控一部分失靈的根本不知道是哪個按鈕是哪個 像着出門要阿姨來打掃房間按鈕都按了一遍還是請勿打擾…沒辦法我出門的時候見到阿姨和她説一聲我就走了 完全就是一個簡直可以廢棄的酒店 至於隔音效果那就更加不用説了 睡眠質量不好的真的謹慎考慮 第三、我是出差來的需要發票什麼的退房前一天我還專門去一趟前台和他們工作人員説想着我第二天比較早航班要他們準備好 什麼都弄好了 我第二天去退房了 啥都沒有交接 服務員也不是很會 等於我昨天真的白來和你們前台**！！我就想其實也還可以應該一會就弄好的 我也不知道等多久吧 10幾分鐘？我就打個三個東西流水 發票 證明 她好像也不太會弄 我沒辦法了我説你們寄給我 我要趕飛機 我來不及了 車當時也到門口了 服務員説可以的 然後後面又不知道誰和我對接説什麼郵費我付？？ 我真的這個暴脾氣來了 後面什麼核實 不好意思先生這個是我們的問題會幫你處理好的 我真的想説當時加這個微信發一堆亂七八糟的東西就是為了備註 你們酒店交接問題不應該顧客承擔責任吧 設施環境差都算了 我工作因為在附近 點開你們的酒店評分也較高、圖片環境也還行以及沒有什麼差評我才訂的！！結果這個地雷被我踩的死死的！這酒店誰愛住誰住吧永久拉黑！！
